In Binderup you will find this holiday home located high in one of the east coast's most lovely holiday home areas with a lovely view of the Little Belt. After a perhaps active day you can relax in the outdoor wilderness pool, which is equipped with a spa function and in the evening the water is illuminated by colored lights in the water. The summer house is furnished with a pitched ceiling and facing the water, the large windows make the house very bright. From the large kitchen/dining room and the living room you have the most beautiful view of the water. The house's TV has Chromecast installed so you can cast your own streaming services, as well as the small Norlys TV package installed on the Chromecast. There are four separate bedrooms as well as a loft and bathroom with underfloor heating. The house is almost surrounded by terraces, where you can enjoy the outdoors with, for example, barbecues and games and enjoy the view of the water. On the terrace facing south/west you can relax in the lovely lounge set and when the dew falls, you can pull out the electric awning and enjoy a small glass of bubbles and jump in the wild pool, which is heated with wood. There is a swing and in the area you will find several playground areas and ball fields. Not rented to youth groups.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
