The apartment features a living room, a separate bedroom, and a bathroom with a shower and hairdryer. The well-equipped kitchenette includes a stove, a refrigerator, kitchen utensils, and an electric kettle.

You can also prepare a snack or a drink at any time thanks to the integrated kitchenette (2 hotplates, a sink, and a refrigerator). A coffee maker, an electric kettle, and various kitchen utensils are also provided. The apartment offers courtyard views from the balcony, a dining area, and a flat-screen TV.

The new building complex on the shipyard site was completed in 2010. It includes a restaurant and a show workshop. The 9 individually designed apartments are located in the upper part of the building.
