Luxury flat in Funchal - Savoy Monumentalis I

In the kitchen you'll find a pleasant and modern space, fully equipped and with a pass-through to the dining area and living room, equipped with everything you need, as well as a sofa bed. Opposite the living room is a spectacular balcony with access to the bedroom, pleasantly furnished and with sea views, so you can start your morning in harmony with the best the island has to offer.

The flat also has a guest bathroom and a laundry room. In addition to all the comforts, the building is equipped with a communal swimming pool and gym, where you can enjoy refreshing swims or keep fit while enjoying your holiday.

The flat, which has undergone a recent modern refurbishment, has a maximum capacity of 3 people.

AREA
The property is located on Estrada Monumental, near to the Monumental Lido Shopping Centre and Forum Madeira, 5 minutes walk from the Lido Bathing Complex and Promenade; and 2 minutes walk from Padel Tennis courts. This is a privileged area as it is close to gardens, restaurants, bars, shops and services, as well as being 7 minutes drive from the Funchal city centre or 30 minutes if you choose to walk.

In the city centre there are several touristic attractions and activities to suit all tastes (cultural, radical, nature-related activities, for any purpose of your visit to Madeira Island).

PROPERTY RULES
To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, we ask that you observe a few simple rules.

• Smoking is not permitted inside the property. A fine of €300 will be charged for non-compliance.
• Parties or events are not permitted.
• Pets are not permitted.
• Please be considerate of your neighbours and keep noise levels down, especially at night.

The property may be equipped with a smart sensor (Minut) that monitors noise, smoke and temperature levels, solely for safety reasons. This system does not record conversations or collect personal data. Should abnormal levels be detected, a member of our team may contact you. You are not permitted to disable, cover or tamper this or any other equipment installed on the property.

In accordance with Portuguese law, all guests must present valid identification for registration purposes.

Municipal tourist tax (when applicable):
€2.00 per person/night for guests aged 13 and above, up to a maximum of 7 nights (€14.00 per person per stay). A payment link will be sent prior to arrival.

Check-in must be scheduled in advance. If it is not arranged at least 48 hours beforehand, check-in will be subject to our team’s availability.

Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and an additional charge.

By confirming your reservation, all guests agree to our house rules and accommodation conditions.

OTHER NOTES
All bed linen and towels are provided. We can also provide, free of charge, a baby travel crib, high chair and baby bath upon request before check-in. Requests made less than 48 hours before arrival may be subject to an additional fee. All properties are equipped with a first aid kit, fire extinguishers and a fire blanket.
For stays of 8 nights or more, a mid-stay service is provided, including the replenishment of bed linen, towels and consumables only. This service is not included for shorter stays. Additional cleaning services during your stay are available on request at an extra charge.
