Gordon Cottage was absolutely lovely

We spent six nights at Gordon Cottage. There were three in our party so we were delighted by the fact we could have a twin and single room bedding arrangement. The cottage was spotless upon arrival and had all the amenities one would need for an extended stay. Having a nice washer/dryer combo was great to use after our walks in the Cotswolds. The location is perfect for exploring Chipping Campden. We highly recommend anyone considering a stay in this village to stay here!

Lovely cottage within walking distance of the village.

Super cottage, we stayed for 2 nights. Parking space was an added bonus. Would recommend a walk around the village, there is a local map pointing out the many interesting buildings. Plenty of places to visit nearby. Good restaurants in the village.

A little gem

We had a wonderful stay at Gordon Cottage and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it. The cottage was spotlessly clean, cosy, and very comfortable, with everything we needed for a relaxing break. The location was perfect, just a short stroll into the village, so it was easy to enjoy the local shops and numerous cafes. Having a dedicated parking space was a real bonus and made everything so much easier.

A cosy retreat

Our stay at Gordons cottage was wonderful. Everything was clean and very welcoming. Perfect location. The beds were very comfy too, would definitely recommend staying here

Perfect location, beautiful cottage

Gordon Cottage is on the perfect location, literally steps from the High Street which has several pubs restaurants. Grocery store, antique shop. Independents - there is something for everyone. The cottage is immaculate, the use of space has been so well thought out and very light and airy. Furnishings are modern and comfortable. We loved our cosy nights in, watching TV. The offstreet allocated parking is a bonus, Chipping Campden has things to see and do and is a great location to explore the Cotswolds. A visitor book would have been handy, for recommendations of where to eat and visit in the area along with a guest book for thoughts. Recommendations and reviews of previous guests. As dog owners the paved area rather than a grassed enclosed garden was the only downside for us. We would highly recommend Gordon Cottage and wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.

Beautiful base for visiting the Cotswolds

Beautifully decorated cottage and very clean. Beds were so comfy with crisp white bedding. Bathroom was lovely with a powerful hot shower. Parking off road, which was great. Great location. Only a one minute walk to the high street. I would have given this 10/10 but the kitchen needs a bit of TLC so it’s a 9/10. However, we would stay here again and def recommend it.

Christmassy Stay at Gordon Cottage

Gordon Cottage was absolutely perfect for our 2 nights stay at the Cotswolds. We were given plenty of information and accessed the property with ease, it was immaculately clean and had everything you could need for a short stay including some milk in the fridge! The Christmas Tree in the lounge was such a lovely touch, me and my friends were extremely happy to see it! The location was perfect, the area was lovely we had breakfast locally at Bromleys, dinner at the Italian Da Luigi and Sunday roast at Eight Bells Inn. This was my first experience of the Cotswolds and I will definitely be visiting again, thank you!

Lovely cottage

This cottage is lovely. Had a couple of issues but they were dealt with promptly. Parking space is great, right next to the cottage. The cottage is very close to a main junction into the town, so a little noisy in the day but no issues when it quietens down. Very close to the shops and restaurants. The heating system is a little confusing but we got there in the end. The tiled floor downstairs is a little cold under foot, so a tip is to take your slippers. Enjoyable stay in the Cotswolds.
