Comfortable and Convenient Stay

Very clean, comfortable, and convenient place while I was in town for 6 weeks helping care for my new granddaughter who lived directly across the street. Staying here afforded me the ability to go back and forth to help with the new baby quickly and easily and have my own private quarters to return to in the evenings. Myrtle, the property owner, was very quick, helpful, and responsive whenever I had a question. Very much appreciated free parking in deck that was included in price of unit. Unit was well stocked with needed items when I arrived. Enjoyed utilizing the nice swimming pools on the property. This was a great long term rental and would consider rebooking if needed for this length of time in the future.

Outstanding

We stayed at Myrtles place for 2 month June and July while our daughter was in a summer program at University of Miami Miller school of medicine. The view was amazing from the balcony looking out over the 2 infinity pools and jacuzzi on the 10th. Beyond that you see part of key Biscane and we watched cruise ships sailing off to exotic locations. I noticed some previous renters commented on the time it takes to get out of the parking garage. That is a crazy comment as in an urban environment where you build up your going to have to park in a garage and of course it will take a few minutes to get out but it is better than not being allowed to have a car or being required to pay a daily fee. Our unit was on the 15th floor and the parking is on the 8th floor. Several of the places I looked at before deciding on Myrtles had parking but they wanted to charge daily valet on top of the price of rental were Myrtle included this at no extra charge. Like any big city you will have a certain amount of homeless or criminal element and being in a secure building using key fobs and parking gates to access building and elevators and fitness center etc makes you feel safe. Some places we looked at appeared like nice buildings but the people and area didn’t look safe and Myrtle was very safe. I would like to say the security staff of this building was amazing always checking the grounds and making sure everything is secure. The unit was furnished and stocked with all the needed dishes linens etc. having a washer and dryer was a big plus. Wonderful stay and wonderful host We would do it again Bill and tammie

Stayed for 4 AMAZING Months!!!!

From October 2017 to February 2018, I stayed at this incredible apartment in Brickell. Myrtle was always responsive when needed. The apartment came equipped with everything I needed, was very clean, beautiful views of the ocean, random fireworks, woke up to gorgeous sunrises, breathtaking view of full moons...I can go on, and on! This location also affords you easy access to EVERYTHING: entertainment, shopping, restaurants, Whole Foods, running along the water, 15-20 minute car ride to South Beach. I wish I didn't have to leave but definitely plan to return for a future stay since I'm in Miami for work quite often. Thanks so much Myrtle!

Fantastic stay!

We are writing to tell you that we enjoyed our stay at Brickell. We loved the condo from beginning to end, our stay was delightful. The location is excellent, we walked everywhere. The bedroom was impeccable - clean, comfortable relaxing and peaceful. You made our stay more relaxing and comfortable. We thank you ever so much for our stay and will be looking forward to more stay with you.

Good Value

This condo is nicely appointed and decorated. In suite laundry was a plus. It is right in he middle of downtown so it's very noisy and more so because of the construction of a high rise right next door. If your not an early riser this could be a problem for you. The condo comes with a parking spot which is imperative. Just be prepared to take more than 5 minutes to get out of the garage. It is on the 8th floor. Obtaining and returning the keys was not convenient. Had to pick them up at a store. When we arrived the store was closed so we had to wait around until someone opened up. To return them we were simply asked to leave them in the suite. Cannot lock the door if you do this so had me worried. The light colored carpet is showing some wear but not a good cleaning wouldn't fix. A car is a must.

Fantastic apartment in a great location

Initially we wanted to stay in South Beach but liked the look of this apartment so decided to change our plans and head into Brickell. How happy we are that we did. The location is excellent, within less than 5 minute walking distance to lots of very nice bars and restaurants and also the (free!) metromover station. The apartment we stayed in was on the 15th floor (one shown with the white settee) and it was absolutely spotless. The views from the balcony are great and the amenities in the apartment are perfect for your needs. The block is extremely secure and I found the complex staff very friendly and helpful. The available facilities are good - lovely pool and a good gym. The added bonus of a parking space is a major benefit in this city and to be honest, its the first time I've been anywhere in Florida where I felt I didn't actually need a car. We only used it 3 days out of the week we stayed. I will certainly stay here again on our next visit to Miami - I personally feel this was a far better location than Miami beach for what I wanted.

EXCELLENTE ADRESSE

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Nous sommes restés un mois, l'appartement était très propre et confortable, très calme et très bien équipé, conforme à la description La voiture n'est pas indispensable, car le condo est situé très proche des transports en commun et restaurants. Néanmoins le parking est un plus pour ceux qui sont motorisés. Bref c'était parfait. La réception des clefs s'est faite parfaitement Nous recommandons fortement cette adresse et ne manquerons pas de revenir

Excellent Stay in Brickell

I really have nothing but good things to say about this wonderful condo. I stayed in this beautiful place from March 29th-April 3rd and it was one of the better experiences I've ever had. The pictures really don't do it justice. It's beautiful, and encapsulates everything wonderful about Miami and that particular area in which this condo is located. This condo is on the 43rd floor so to say the least you get an amazing view of the city; at night is when everything pops, with the ocean literally to the right of the building you get the soothing ocean breeze as you gaze off into the beauty known as Miami, Florida. The building also has a 14th floor which contains a pool area, massage room, entertainment area for the kids, an awesome weight room in which I ventured to multiple times and met some great people in. The location is supreme, for the most part everything is walking distance! 15 minutes or so away from downtown Miami where there are excellent restaurants, bars and clubs waiting for you to be entertained. About 30 minutes from the American Airlines Arena if you're going for a Heat game or concert etc, during my stay I went to the Arena 3 times and walked to and back, it was simple. Very easy to pick up a cab if you're looking to go to Miami Beach or wherever else. And oh yes, the building you're staying in is literally steps away from a liquor store.. how convenient!! Last but not least I just want to say thank you to Tatiana for always being so prompt with her responses whenever I had any questions. You can tell she and her brother take great pride in their property. Their customer service was top notch and much appreciated. If I ever take a trip to Miami again, I wouldn't think of going anywhere else. You get an unbelievable condo at a top notch price located in the heart of downtown Miami. It just can't be beat. 5 stars isn't even enough to describe my stay here... memories were created, time seemed to stand still, and this place had A LOT to do with it.

Nice Condo in A freat area !

Our week stay at this nice condo was great. The condo is well maintained, clean and comfortable. It has most of the things we needed during our stay. The location is convenient and hard to beat in Brickell.The village at Mary Brickell is a couple blocks away, which offers shopping, gym, restaurants, entertainment etc.. It's a short drive to South Beach. The only drawback is the parking for short term stay visitors ( less than a month stay) at the building in case you have a car. Other that that, all was great and enjoyable. Tatiana is very professional and pleasant to deal with. I would definitely rent from her again and recommend her condo to friends and family.

Our stay at the Plaza in Brickell!

We had a great stay at the Plaza in Brickell. The condo was very comfortable and clean. It has a great pool area and very close to all of the shops and restaurants. The rental company staff were very professional and easy to deal with. We will definitely use them again on one of our next trips to Miami.

Comfortable stay in Brickell!

Excellent condo, excellent experience!

Where to start? I stayed in one of Tatiana's condos in this building (a 1 bedroom). First of all, the location of this condo is perfect. It is easy to find, and located on Brickell which is so convenient and close to so many stores and restaurants. Second, the condo is beautiful and looks even better than it does in pictures. The view was breathtaking, overlooking the water and luxury high rises, and it was very clean, plenty of towels and clean sheets. Third, which is one of the most important things in my opinion when renting out a place, Tatiana was very responsive, very helpful and accommodating, and super nice. I would definitely rent out a place from her again, and would recommend anyone to do so.
