Relax and rejuvenate in our Oasis of Peace. Just 1km from the beaches of Chia, this is the ideal retreat for those who wish to disconnect from the daily frenzy and enjoy the tranquility of nature, while at the same time being conveniently located to reach the grocery stores and services of Chia in a few minutes.
Compared to previous years, where we offered 2 rooms with shared facilities, the property now offers 2 completely independent apartments, each with a private entrance and garden.

In our Yellow Apartment, you can enjoy your vacation with all the comforts of home.

The apartment can accommodate a maximum of 3 adults; the 4th guest must necessarily be a child between 2 and 6 years old, for whom we'll be happy to provide a cot (120x60cm) upon request.

Children older than 2 years are welcome.

The municipal tourist tax of €0.50 per person per night must be paid in cash upon arrival.

Three bicycles for each apartment will be available for your use (subject to availability)

Self Check-in is the method we use to welcome you.

There is only one security camera outside. None inside the apartment.

Approximately 200 meters of unpaved road separate the main, automated gate from the Villa, a one-minute drive.

Separate waste collection is mandatory, with a penalty of €70.
