Cameo Cottage is located in the peaceful coastal village of Calshot, offering the best of both worlds with the beach just a short walk away and the New Forest National Park on your doorstep. The area is rich in natural beauty, local history, and wildlife. You’ll often see free-roaming ponies, deer, and other animals throughout the forest. Nearby highlights include Calshot Castle and the Calshot Activities Centre, with activities like climbing and track cycling.

There is private parking for three vehicles at the property. For additional parking there is a public car park a short walk away.

The beach is within walking distance. Cycling is a great way to enjoy the scenic views along the coast.

Booking Policy
- Full payment is due 30 days before arrival and will be automatically charged to the card on file.
- If payment fails, it must be completed within 24 hours or the booking will be cancelled.
- Early payment is allowed (card fees up to 3% are non-refundable if cancelled).
- A £200 security deposit is required via a secure third‑party platform 2 days before arrival.
- The deposit will be refunded within 3 days after checkout.

Hot Tub Guidelines
The private hot tub will be ready for use unless you have been notified otherwise. Please fully remove the lid before entering and securely replace it, fastening the straps, after use.

For your safety, never enter the hot tub with the lid on or close the lid while anyone is inside. Use of the hot tub is at your own risk. The hot tub is not recommended for children; if children do use it, they must be supervised and do so at the parent’s own risk. No food is permitted in the hot tub, suitable bathing suits must be worn at all times, and please keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM.

We follow all procedures to maintain the hot tub safely in our holiday let. On the rare occasion the hot tub breaks down during your stay, let us know straight away. We`ll offer a 10% refund on affected nights and get it fixed for you as soon as we can, subject to our maintenance team`s availability.

- Upsells such as late check‑out and add‑on packages are available to enhance your stay. Please note that all upsells are non‑refundable once booked.

Cancellation Policy
- Full refund if cancelled 30+ days before arrival.
- 50% refund if cancelled 14–30 days before arrival.
- No refund if cancelled within 14 days of arrival.
