Guests are sure to enjoy a memorable vacation in this fully furnished, 4 bedroom/3 bath house.  The main/master bedroom has a King-sized bed, while the 3 remaining rooms are furnished with a queen-sized bed (s), comfortable for sleeping 10+ guests.  The spacious living room is furnished with large sofas and beautiful views of the river.  The kitchen is perfect for dining as it is equipped with all appliances and tons of counter space for entertaining friends and family.  Situated on the Suwannee River, guests can enjoy a full day of boating or relaxing in the tiki hut sipping on their favorite beverage and later watch the sunset from either the front porch or along the river.

Bring a boat or jet ski. A boat ramp is less than a 1/8th mile from the house.

Spend the day away, enjoying nearby attractions such as Hart or Fanning Springs, as well as state parks, all within a 30 minute drive.

Spacious Property.

We had a great stay. Property is at a beautiful location on the Suwannee River. House is spacious and perfect for numerous people. Ted was a great host and responsive.

Family Wedding

We were in town for my son's wedding. The house was perfect for our family. The house was very clean and the rooms were quite comfortable.

Four sisters give this property five starts!

The house was clean, well appointed and had all the needed essentials. The mattresses were insanely comfy - best furniture overall for a rental! Sitting on the back porch and watching the river go by while visiting with family was so enjoyable and relaxing.

Great Weekend

We were in town for my son’s wedding and stayed at Ted’s river house. It was perfect for our large family and Ted was amazing to deal with. The house was clean and the property was beautiful. We didn’t get to spend too much time there as we were busy with wedding festivities but would definitely come back again and recommend to anyone looking for a place on the Suwannee.

Riverfront Home

Communication with owner was thorough, effective and timely. Home was spacious, clean, well appointed, in a quiet neighborhood. The boat ramp is nearby. The dock was in good condition. Parking is easy. Beds were comfortable, WIFI was stable.

Amazing River House

This was a perfect place to gather with family and friends. The porch is a beautiful place to sip coffee and watch the sturgeon jumping. The beds are very comfortable and there is plenty of room to sleep and play. Great games, charcoal AND gas grill, well-stocked kitchen, a beautiful river, and very responsive hosts. We were trying to come up with reasons to rent this place again by the second day!

Very roomie

It was nice to have the three bathroom with everyone staying. We did have a issue with the water but Mr.Ted was right on top of it. He had a man there to fix it within a hour. Nothing that could have been avoided. Things just happen sometimes.

Beautiful river house

We really enjoyed ourselves at this beautiful spot. Plenty of space, comfortable beds, easy to use kitchen. It rained heavily half the time we were there and wifi is satellite so we had bad access but the back porch was well covered enough for us to sit out there in the rain and enjoy the view. But helpful to know you might not have solid access to the internet depending on weather. Overall would definitely stay there again.

All around great place to stay!

It’s a beautiful piece of property. The house is perfect. We had a wonderful time for our anniversary, but we would definitely love to come again someday with our family!

Great place for a large group

Great place for a large group. Loved the backyard with tree jump, kayak and paddle board. Only minor complaint would be that I wish the grill was in better shape. Ended up buying a charcoal one to leave there

I would definitely use this site again..our family enjoyed our time at the river house,and Ted was very responsive.very relaxing environment.loved making memories with my kids and grandkids.

Great trip to the river and close enough to the coast to enjoy a day of scalloping.

House was perfect and allowed enough space for kids to play while adults enjoyed the river view from the back porch.

Weekend getaway

Property is great. The only downside was not being told there was no propane for the grill and the grill was in terrible conditions. The grill should be in good condition and with propane. Everything else was fine

Wanted to get away from city life for a few days. We truly enjoyed the backyard and river

Very relaxing and enjoyable stay. Location is great and close to different springs. The backyard was beautiful and I spent so much time on back porch or on the river dock looking at the stars. The bugs were the only negative being out after dark.

Great Property

My husband works in the area the month of June and I wanted to take the grandkids up for a visit. Everything was clean and well taken care of! The owner replied promptly with any questions I had. If you’re looking to enjoy the Suwannee look no further.

River Escape

The house in Old Town is right on the River, it is well appointed with space for 2 families. The outside of the property could have done with a sweep and clean up but it wasn’t too much of a concern. After a day of exploring it was so lovely to come “home” and sit by the dock! Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Get Away

The property is beautiful! Spacious, clean, and peaceful. Access to the Suawannee is all you could want! Beautiful dock, gorgeous backyard, and plenty of stars at night. The only issue we had was with the pin drop. We got to the area around 10:30 pm, and the pin took us to the wrong location. As this us a rural area, there are no street lights, so we could not find the house, and had to find alternate lodging for the first night.
