This cozy 46 m² holiday home is located about 300 meters from the center of Marielyst, offering easy access to shopping, restaurants, and only 250 meters from one of Denmark's best and most child-friendly beaches. The house is comfortably furnished with a wood-burning stove and air/air heat pump to keep you warm on colder days, as well as wireless internet and a smart TV in the living room. The kitchen is equipped with a coffee machine, induction stove, microwave, fridge, and dishwasher. The home features a bedroom with a double bed and a room with a single bed, where the house's tumble dryer is also located. In the conservatory, there is a double pull-out sofa bed for extra sleeping space. The bathroom is equipped with a toilet, washbasins, shower cubicle, and underfloor heating, ensuring comfort during your stay. On warm summer evenings, you can relax on the covered terrace, cook dinner on the charcoal grill, or enjoy the large 900 m² natural plot, where the house is situated, perfect for playing ball games or relaxing. This property is not rented out to youth groups, ensuring a peaceful and family-friendly environment.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
