This upscale luxury condominium in The Dunes is not your average rental. The double gated community offers two pools, six clay tennis courts, a tennis shop with on-site pro, a fitness club with access to trainers, massage and other spa services. There is 24-hour manned security, underground parking, and a "white tablecloth" restaurant including poolside service.
Not enough? OK, access is also available for an additional fee to the Floridian which is a private beach club offering food, spirits and another swimming pool all sitting on the white pristine sand of Vanderbilt Beach. The attendants will treat you like royalty as they set up your lounge chair, table and umbrella. Oh yeah, leave your towels at home because those are also provided.

From the moment the private elevator opens directly into your 3000 square foot unit, you will experience a retreat that's sure to please even the most discriminating traveler. Check out the views and watch the dolphin and manatee swimming up and down Turkey Bay while sitting out on the Northwest facing lanai. The backdrop of the Gulf of Mexico makes the perfect setting while playing on the seven-foot pool table in the grande salon!
Each of the three bedroom suites (two king and one queen) offers its very own full private bath. There is an additional half bath off the main area for added convenience. The condo itself is plush, spacious, clean, and most importantly, user friendly. It offers all of the comforts of home and more.
