Stroll to the majestic Basilica of Our Lady of the Pillar and the Cathedral of El Salvador (La Seo), both steeped in rich history and architectural splendor. While many of Zaragoza’s attractions are easily accessible on foot from the apartment, the city’s efficient public transportation system offers convenient options for exploring further afield. The nearest bus stop is just a few meters away, and the tram system is also within easy reach, providing easy connections to other parts of the city.

The accommodations are located on the first floor. Although it is possible to take the elevator, the elevator exits the building at the top floor. Therefore, you will need to walk down a flight of stairs to access the apartment.

Due to its prime, central location, you may hear some noise during your stay.

There is no private parking, but you can park your car for free in the area surrounding the apartment.

There is central air conditioning and heating via a gas boiler. (The temperature may not exceed 22°C, as we consider this to be the optimal temperature.)

The house must be left clean; otherwise, an additional cleaning fee will be charged to the guest.

Pets are allowed for a fee of 50€ per stay, provided they behave appropriately and do NOT use the beds or sofa out of respect for future guests. Additional pet after check-in: 150€/stay

No parties or events are allowed in the accommodation.

Smoking is not permitted. A penalty of 150 euros will be imposed.

The noise levels and sleeping hours of neighboring residents must be respected.
Failure to comply with the rules will result in immediate cancellation or financial penalties.

It is mandatory to complete the guest registration form as required by Spanish accommodation authorities, providing your DNI/passport information via the link we will send you.
