Nova 1 has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a big fully equipped kitchen and a living room that opens to the big and sheltered terrace in front. There is a lower unit which has 2 bedrooms and a bathroom, a spacious living room with an open plan kitchen and a big terrace all along the front. It is called Nova 2 and can be rented separately or together. The villa is within easy walking distance of the beaches of Tzaneria and Kanapitsa.

From both beaches a water taxi goes straight into the port of Skiathos every hour. It is also possible to walk to the nearest bus stop (12) and connect with Town, the busline to Koukounaries and the busline to Aselinos.
