This private vacation apartment is immaculate. A short drive to Sarasota's most desired locations, Siesta Key Beach(3.5 mi) Lido Beach (2.5 mi), and a short walk to Bay Front Park, Selby Gardens, Down Town, South Side Village, (has everything, best restaurants, sports bars, night clubs). All of this is just a 1/3 mile or less from the apartment. The NEST is a short 30 min. drive from IMG Academy. Tennis and golf are all very close. Off-street parking in front of the entrance. The apartment is a separate unit of the owner's complex. Everyone loves the apartment and so will you. The Master Bed Room has king size bed with Tuft and Needle mattress. (The best) and is equipped with a small office. 2nd Bed Room has a queen sized bed and is a very large room with a small office area.
Fully equipped kitchen. Great Rm has a 48" wall-mounted Samsung Smart TV with all channels, Netflix and over 100 chanles, Hi-Speed Wi-Fi throughout. Central air and ceiling fans in every room for your comfort. An outdoor patio for your enjoyment. We have all necessary equipment for Beach visits,(Chairs, Umbrellas, and a wagon to carry coolers etc.) The city offers rental electric bikes, and Legacy nature trail (20 mi of trail) for biking or walking in nature.
