PARKING & ARRIVAL
• On-street parking in Zone J for up to two vehicles, with digital permits we set up for you online, so there's no pass to display
• Just send us your vehicle registrations by 9am on your arrival day, so everything is active and ready when you arrive
• Extra vehicles: Hare Lane South car park (GL1 2DA), open 24 hours, is about a 13-minute walk
• Self check-in. Your access code arrives on the day once your Guestflow check-in is complete

GOOD TO KNOW
• Prefer singles? Each king can be split into two small single beds (75cm) for £40 per bed. Please ask when you book
• Dogs are welcome, with no pet fee. Please let us know when you book, and ask us first if you'd like to bring two
• Before you arrive, we'll email and text you a link to our Guestflow portal to sign our terms and add a card for the damage deposit, which is processed securely by Stripe:
◦ Stays of 1 to 6 nights: a £200 hold is placed on your card, plus a £5 non-refundable handling fee. The hold is not a charge and is released automatically after your stay
◦ Stays of 7 nights or more: a £200 refundable deposit is taken, plus a £10 non-refundable handling fee. Your deposit is refunded in full 3 to 5 days after check-out, once our team has checked the property
