Holiday home located in beautiful and scenic surroundings in a holiday home area in Gedesby. The holiday home is 60 m2 and has a hot tub on the large wooden terrace. The house is approximately 630 metres from the good, child-friendly sandy beach and 3000 metres from the shopping facilities in Gedser. And the famous yellow control tower from Olsenbanden på sporet can be found at Gedser Remise. The cottage's living room is cosily furnished with a wood-burning stove and air/air heat pump for the cold days as well as wireless internet and smart TV.the kitchen includes a coffee machine, microwave, electric stove with oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. There are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one room with two single beds and a double bed in the living room on the sofa bed. The bathrooms have toilets, washbasins and showers as well as underfloor heating. The holiday home is located on a 1035 m2 natural plot, with plenty of space for games and play, for children and childish souls there is a swing set and playhouse. The large wooden terrace has garden furniture and sun loungers, as well as a 5-person covered wilderness bath heated with firewood, with the option of bubbles and LED lights. If you want to barbecue on hot summer afternoons, you can do it on a charcoal grill or cosy up around the fire pit. Not available for hire to youth groupsA refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
