The Bernaldabella Penthouse is located in Bernalda, known as the “living room of Basilicata.” Bernalda is also famous for director Francis Ford Coppola, who owns the luxurious 5-star Hotel Palazzo Margherita here. This modern penthouse is located on the 3rd floor of a building in a strategic location.

Here you can park your car for free while enjoying the lively atmosphere of Corso Umberto I with its many bars, shops, and restaurants. The historic center, with the impressive Castello Aragonese and its sweeping view across the Basento Valley to the Ionian coast of Apulia and Calabria, is also not far away.

Thanks to this central location, you can easily explore the area’s most beautiful historical, archaeological, cultural, architectural, and natural attractions. High on the list are the UNESCO World Heritage Sites of the Sassi of Matera (European Capital of Culture 2019) and the Murgia Materana Park with its rock-hewn churches, as well as the numerous sandy beaches and the archaeological sites of ancient Magna Graecia in Metaponto and Policoro. Added to these are the spectacular Lucanian Dolomites with well-known sites such as Pietrapertosa and Castelmezzano, the ghost town of Craco, the famous trulli of Alberobello, Polignano a Mare, and much more between Basilicata and Apulia.
