To make your stay pleasant we have equipped each suite with a smart TV, a safe box, an AC and a fan, with great 100 mb free wifi reception in a 2 floor building, smoking ONLY permitted in courtyard, prohibited in suites.
The suite has a bed with a full size mattress that includes linens and pillows.
Dinner table with chairs or a bar with stools, depending on the suite.
Fully equipped kitchen with: electric stove, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, utensils, dishes, pots and pans, etc 
Private bathroom with clean towels.

LOOCH PLAYA Suites also has a terrace/lounge in the common area to enjoy your morning coffee or read a book. There is a bike rack under the stair case, if you decide to use or rent a bike! 

The building is only 7 blocks away (10 min walk) from the famous 5th Av, the public beach access and mamitas beach club. If your using a bike its only 4 mins away!

LOOCH  PLAYA is located on AV CTM which is a VERY commercial avenue, there are 2 groceries 1 1/2 blocks away, drugstores, restaurants, laundry, taco stands and everything you need to live comfortably!!! The America Mall shopping mall is 1.2 km away which has a Sears, movie theatre etc

We do give discounts if your stay is over 3 weeks!

Para que tu estancia sea lo mas agradable, hemos equipado cada suite con 32" smart TV, caja de seguridad, AC, ventiladores y una buena recepción de wifi de 100 mgb completamente gratuito. El edificio cuenta con 2 pisos y solo se permite fumar en la terraza/area común.
La suite tiene una cama con colchón matrimonial, incluye su juego de sabanas y cojines.
Comedor con sillas o barra con bancos, según sea el estudio.
Cocina completamente equipada con: estufa eléctrica, refrigerador, micro ondas, cafetera, utensilios de cocina, trastes, sartenes, etc
Baño privado con toallas limpias.

LOOCH PLAYA Suites también cuenta con una terraza/lounge en área común, para leer o tomar cafe y un rack para bicicletas abajo de la escalera! 
Estamos ubicados sobre AV CTM a 7 cuadras del acceso publico de la playa y de la famosa 5ta Av (16 mins caminando). Ademas cuenta con 2 supers, lavanderías, abarroterías, restaurants, farmacias, taquerias a menos de 2 cuadras.
