We had a wonderful 2 week vacation at Villa Primaluce. Everything was excellent. Our host, Barbara was very responsive and gave clear detailed directions so our check in was easy. She checked in during our stay to make sure we had everything we needed. The house is charming and spacious, the grounds were lovely including the pool and the view was spectacular. We used this as our home base and took day trips around the lake and surrounding hill towns. We enjoyed our stay very much and hope to be back someday soon!

We had such a wonderful experience at the villa. The villa is spacious, comfortable, and thoughtfully renovated. It has all the comforts you’d want (AC, nice bathrooms, a great kitchen, smart tv) without sacrificing any of the authenticity of a house nestled in the hills above the lake. The views are unbeatable and so much outdoor space to explore and lounge. We were there for a week and still it wasn’t enough time to make use of all the outdoors available. The salt water pool is in a perfect location with enough shade around to enjoy the water when you’re in it and out. We’ve been dreaming of our pool days since we left! The villa is definitely off the beaten path (you’ll want to rent a car that can handle an uneven terrain, which Barbara, the host, told us right away), and provides lots of peace and quiet with breathtaking views. Communication was timely, informative, and extremely helpful. We can’t wait to book another stay!

Beautiful hideaway

Lovely location, character property, well equipped, good pool and barbecue area. Excellent local restaurant recommendations. Hosts helped ensure we had everything we needed for relaxing, lazy stay.

Perfect Villa in Lago Trasimeno

Perfect Villa just as pictures show on listing. Everything was as pictured and the hospitality was wonderful! All the amenities were available and we enjoyed the fruit, wine and dessert on arrival. The grounds were lovely.

The villa was fabulous! It was like living in a fairy tale for two weeks. The host was super helpful and responsive and gave us amazing recommendations for restaurants and much more. We loved the location with so many lovely day trips less than an hour a way. The woods allowed for beautiful walks. The pool was already closed for the winter but it looks fab. We will be back!

The villa was perfect for our family of six adults. The bedrooms and bathrooms were very comfortable. There are numerous spaces both outside and inside to relax and enjoy quiet time. The lake view is spectacular!Our hostess Barbara was wonderful. She responded immediately to any concerns that we had and checked in with us frequently to assure our needs were met.

We had a lovely time at the villa. The view of the lake, especially at sunset was beautiful. The remote location, although just a few miles from town, lends to a peaceful and serene, even cozy atmosphere. The house is gorgeous, many nooks and crannies to sit and relax. The pool was unfortunately closed before our arrival, but the pool area has plenty of sun and lounge chairs, also with a view of the lake. Passignano Sul Tresimeno was a great place to walk around and we enjoyed sitting by the lake for lunch or an aperol spritz.

Outstanding property and such a helpful host!

We had a lovely stay at this beautiful and very comfortable property, that had all of the facilities we needed (and more!) given we were traveling with two small children. The pool was so beautiful it was tempting to just spend the whole week there. The host was so helpful, both before and during our stay, always reachable and provided us with great recommendations of things to do/where to go in the area.

Beautiful views in an amazing property!

It was not easy to find, but well worth the trip. Lovely panoramic views of the lake and its islands, absolutely beautiful.

Superb villa ideal location

The owners were unobtrusive but great support. My family get together for my wife’s 70th birthday worked so well in a fantastic setting. It’s a place to be thoroughly recommended and the owners were so good

Beautiful historic home in stunning location

The villa is absolutely beautiful and comfortable with lots of wonderful little touches. Communication with the hosts was very easy and they provided excellent instructions and videos. Setting is stunning. We hope to return again!

The villa was great! We really enjoyed coming back to the villa after our days of adventuring. So quiet and relaxing. Multiple outdoor spaces to enjoy a glass of wine and unwind. We took opportunity of the pool every day. We also enjoyed the private chef prepared dinner, and had leftover food for the next night. Thanks Barbara for being a wonderful host!

Beautiful Old Home

The house and grounds were lovely for our group of 7. Plenty of space to relax after a day of touring the countryside. Barbara was always available to help with any issues.

Beautiful Italian villa

This villa was outstanding! Property views were gorgeous. It was just 2 of us, but we’ll worth it for the wonderful living spaces, kitchen, and views. In the country, which I love!

Awesome view

House with a lot of character and history. Views of the mountains and lake were very peaceful. Remote location for quiet time. Kitchen was rustic but functional. Fireplace was a nice feature. Access road is scheduled for update.

Perfect tranquil villa with great facilities

The property was wonderful with so many eating areas and facilities. Every detail has been thought of. The host, Barbara, was extremely helpful. Make sure you have a high car or SUV as road up is steep and rocky.

Fantastic holiday

Great villa on a hillside overlooking hills and lake. Very friendly owners who do a great job of meeting and greeting, and then letting you get on with the holiday. The house and pool area are great, with the ability to spread out with lots of peace and quiet. Definitely be back!
