Overall beautiful property. Everything was well maintained, spotless and comfortable. Much better than staying at a hotel. Managed very well and communicating with host was a breeze. Absolutely recommend.

Property was nice and clean. The hot tub is on the back side of the shed which is about a 50 yard walk outside - the hot tub itself was very well taken care of! There is a packnplay which was very helpful but it is bigger than the typical packnplay so my sheets would not fit! The only other thing that’s worth noting is that they request that you do not turn the AC below 70 to prevent it from freezing so if you like a very cold house at night this may not be the right fit! Everything was very nice and well taken care of though!

Great home and location! The kitchen was stocked with spices and tons of cooking and baking equipment. We had a great weekend and got to explore Asheville!!

There were several things we enjoyed about this property. First, the location was in a quiet, secluded neighborhood, but it was only a few minutes to Ingles. Secondly, it was only a 15 minute drive to Asheville and all the many things to do there.We also were delightfully surprised that each room had a fully-adjustable, king-sized bed! The kitchen was fully stocked with any pot, pan, or utensil you could need, and the grill on the back porch was impeccably clean and ready for multiple grill outs/BBQs.The shower pressure in the master bedroom was so great to wash off the grime, sweat, river or hot tub.It was a good find for a good value. But next time, I'd try to book straight through Yonder.

Every detail of the house and property was perfection! It was exceptionally clean and comfortable and the back porch and yard were wonderful to sit & relax together. The kitchen was perfectly stocked with everything we needed to use during our stay. Can't recommend this property highly enough.

We were all very happy with this VRBO property. It was spacious and well stocked. There was a great deal of detail in supplies that were available, and we appreciated the amenities. It is rare to find such a nice three bedroom home with large beds in each room.

Loved the home decor, all of the kitchen supplies (coffee, paper towels, etc), the waterfall next to the fire pit, hot and game room were enjoyed by all.

Great Quiet Stay

Great stay in Asheville. Quiet neighborhood, great yard, and hot tub. Great location I think we were 15 mins away from everything we wanted to do and see!

Wonderful place to stay

This home provided a group of friends a wonderful place to start and end the day as we explored Ashville for the first time. The home is very comfortable and had everything we needed.

Beautiful location

The property is gorgeous and has a lot to do. We enjoyed the beautiful views, the peaceful water feature, fire pit, game room, and hot tub. The beds were very comfortable and the house was clean.

Check in was awful. After a 10 hour drive the code to get in did not work. We called the 24 hour emergency line managed by a 3rd party called "Yonder". No one answered the phone for 40 minutes. Once we got into the house the Interior of the house was good. Clean and update. However the shower knob was broken. The biggest disappointment was the outside living space. The web site shows a clean well manicured yard and deck. This must be a very old picture. The reality was a hot tub covered in dust and cob webs. We never even opened it. The deck furniture was wet and soiled. The table umbrella was sticking into a chair. The carpet on the deck was old and stained with algae and mold. The carpet was hiding a wood deck that in need of repair. Never eve tried to use the deck. The "Entertainment" shed had a combo lock. The code listed in the welcome book has a letter combo. Never got it opened but it did not matter because we were not walking through the dead grass to get to it. The lawn looked like it gets cut every month as there were piles of dead grass everywhere. Overall the outside of this property was unusable and this is a big reason why we rented it. We ended up only using the house to sleep. Could have got a nice hotel for the money we spent.The customer service was not good. We took pictures of all the problem areas and then called "Yonder" right after we got there to document the damage. They asked me to email the picture but the email they gave us did not work.

The House is nice, clean and roomy. Very well maintained and all the beds are adjustable. We had 5 people and we all had our on space and plenty of hot water for 5 showers. The kitchen was very well stocked with all the cookware, utensils and everything you may need including spices. We stayed on the go so we didn’t make use of the hot tub. I would definitely recommend this house and would stay here again.

Great house for our quick weekend getaway

House was perfect for three adult couples and very clean. Approximately a 15 min ride into town and a great little coffee shop within 5 minutes down by the river (High Five). Thanks for the pleasant stay!

Excellent Place

Place was perfect for 3 couples. Kitchen had everything we needed. Netflix was a nice add. Clean and beautiful. Would definitely stay again.

Fabulous

This house was perfect for our week away! Great location, 10 min to downtown Asheville. On a cul de sac of a quiet street, huge backyard with playroom and hot tub, fire pit w sticks for smores and a little waterfall.

Not Enough time to enjoy everything

This was one our best stays anywhere, ever. Everything was clean, it's location was only 15-20 min from places we needed to go. The outside amenities made it a great place to be either inside or out. We will be back.

Asheville quiet getaway

The house was everything we wanted for our getaway Asheville area. Very comfortable and well equipped. Adjustable beds were a very nice surprise. Soaking in the hot tub was very private and peaceful. Loved the convenient access to downtown Asheville. Perfect choice for two people or a family vacation.
