Cypressgreen Haus - Lackland, BMT, Sea World

Cypressgreen Haus is a 6 BEDROOM, single story property that can easily accommodate up to 13 guests. If you are a large group looking for an alternative to the cost and separation of renting multiple hotel rooms, Cypressgreen Haus is for you.

Our house was renovated in 2018 from top to bottom. Six bedrooms can easily accommodate up to 13 guests with four queen beds and five single beds. Enjoy some family time in the living area complete with games, current magazines, and cable. Some of the individual rooms have their own TVs for privacy. Please note that the larger bedrooms do have multiple beds, so not everyone (or couples) will have their own room if you are a large group. See our room descriptions for what beds are in what rooms.

You have access to a large bathroom that is also handicap accessible, a secondary hall bathroom with a shower, and one of the single rooms has its own half bath. This is a single story, ADA compliant home with safety bars in the baths and no steps.

The kitchen is stocked with cookware and utensils to cook a dinner. A Keurig coffee maker, coffee, Splenda and sugar is supplied. If needed, there is a washer and dryer available as well, detergent provided.

Our pricing includes accommodations for up to 13 (no additional per guest charges), coffee/splenda/sugar, cable TV and games and puzzles. Outdoor covered seating area to enjoy some time outside.

We have a few unique features that might be of interest. For your safety, we have a commercial grade sprinkler system tied directly to the fire station. We also have a handicap accessible bathroom with rollin shower. There are Exit signs located on the front and back interior doors.
