Updated family condo on Table Rock Lake offers seclusion with Ozark Mountain Resort amenities.

This is our family getaway that we would love to share with you. Top floor unit offers beautiful views of the surrounding Ozark mountains and the pristine Table Rock Lake. Along with the views you'll enjoy vaulted ceilings with plenty of natural light steaming in from skylights. Our condo offers clean contemporary styling with hard surface flooring and updated stainless appliances for the family chef. A spacious master yields a king size bed with views, deck access, a luxurious master bath and walk-in closet. Our second bedroom offers a comfortable queen size bed with his and hers closets joining a large second full bath. Plan your day or relax after a long day of swimming in the spacious living area. A large dining table is big enough for family games of Uno or can be extended for large family feasts. Lounge on the couch with Ozark views or enjoy a family movie night on the giant 60" big screen t.v. Each room has it's own digital 48" flat screen for late nite viewing or when you just can't watch another episode of Teen Titans Go.

Our condo is a short walk to the lake and an even shorter walk to the pool, hot tub and sauna which are open Memorial Day to Labor Day weekend.

Just over the bridge is Kimberling City with cafes, bars, grocery stores, thrift stores and marinas. Kimerling City also has a marina for anyone who would like to bring their boat (we do not offer boat parking/launching). Branson is only a few minutes away and west side access to Silver Dollar City keeps you from the crowds and will get you in faster.

Whether you're crawling through local caves, fishing, riding coasters or just splashing in water this comfortable, centrally located condo is a great place to do it from. We think so and hope you will too.

Nice clean property close to table rock lake

We had a nice time and we were close to things we wanted to do- boating at kimberling city marina, fishing, good casual dining, silver dollar city, and a trip to Branson.

Great experience as always- repeat stay

We’ve stayed here several times. Perfect for our family of four (two kids). Love the layout, condition, and cleanliness of the unit. Has a great, large kitchen for cooking. The amenities of Ozark Mountain Resort - lake access, swimming pools, and mini golf - are also great. Highly recommend.

Quiet and safe

The property was nice, quiet and clean. The owners responded very quickly if we had questions. We did struggle a bit with tv remotes and furniture could have been a bit nicer/more comfortable. Otherwise really enjoyed our stay.

Quiet Get A Way

Kinda hard to find. Quiet and secluded area. The host forgot to give us a code to get the key out of lock box so we had to wait to get in the condo,frustrating after driving 7 hours. The jetted tub tub didn’t work. Despite the inconveniences we still had a good time.

Nice place but not as expected

This place is in a great location and is a nice property but when we booked it, the listing said there was access to two pools (there were photos as well). However, when we got there, the larger of the two pools had been closed for a while. We reached out to the owner and he said that he changed the listing prior to us booking. We requested a one-night refund and the owner had to ask his wife. We never heard back after that. We ran into the condo manager while we were there and he told us that it was common for owners to misadvertise their properties to get people to rent. He also said that we were paying a lot more than what we should have been paying. Like I said before, the condo was nice but beware that you might not be getting what you expect in this area.

Not very clean and cheap furnishings

Overall it looked clean, but toaster oven definitely was not clean, master bath tub literally had dirt in it. Silverware has some food on it. Owner emailed us while on our way driving there , and left a link. Link would not open. When we got there , there was no water. It took a while to figure that out. I messaged owner and he did say we had to turn the water valve on. It would have been much easier if there were a note in the rental about all things to do for check in, since the link wouldn’t open. WiFi was horrible. My daughter is in college and had online homework to do and she couldn’t do that. We had to log into our own apps in order to watch tv. We washed the sheets and towels ourselves after we checked in. . You have to drive thru some very worn down empty cabins and condos to get to the condo. The outside of condo was nice and the place had potential for sure.

Family getaway

This property was perfect for our family getaway. We had a 15-year old, 13-year old and 9-year old. Some considerations: - Be sure to carefully read and/or print out the instructions the host sends beforehand about check-in. At first we couldn't figure out why the water wasn't on. It was clearly written in the instructions that I should have read more carefully beforehand. Luckily, the host was very responsive! - The kitchen is stocked with towels, utensils, plates, pots, pans, etc. There's a coffee maker but be sure to bring your own coffee. - The bathrooms have towels, toilet paper and hand soap. Bring your own toiletries including shampoo and conditioner. - The game room nearby was fantastic for our kids! John was working there and he was a wealth of information. He told us about the area and even helped the kids find small fossils that are in the rocks nearby. The game room had ping-pong, DVDs and board games for free. You could use change to play air hockey, pool and some arcade games. We also walked along the nature path and played mini-golf (which was free). - The hosts provided board games to play and some DVDs. - The resort had the feel of a camp rather than a hotel, which was a win for us. - We went in the winter so we missed out on water activities but I bet they're fun when it's warmer! - The condo was clean and spacious.

Great Stay in Kimberling condo

Property was well taken care of and clean. Loved that everything was well stocked. Had our little Thanksgiving dinner. Beautiful location great for hike and peaceful time at the water front. Son loved collecting rocks and shells. We would love to come back in the summer for water activities. We enjoyed the Dogwood Canyon nature park and many others. Thanks 😊 Jennifer

We love this unit and the location. Repeat stay for us. Great location for family vacation and well equipped kitchen for cooking at home. Comfortable beds, bathrooms, and living room.

Quick Trip to Branson

My family and I enjoyed 5 wonderful days in this condo. The decor was simple and comfortable. The amenities in the kitchen would have been perfect but we did not need to cook. Check-in/out was a breeze and communication was perfect. The TVs in the bedrooms were a plus as both our boys played video games at night. Would stay here again.

Home away from home!

We loved our time at this bright, sunny and spacious home away from home. The hosts never disappoint. We were comfy while we were there from coffee and breakfast on the balcony, to swimming in the large or smaller pool, or hiking around the lake edge, binge watching 1883 on the large TV, exploring the new restaurants in Kimberling City and dreaming in the comfy beds. It was all outstanding and we look forward to returning again next year.

Scenic Table Rock Lake view Condos

New Condo that is exactly as depicted in photos. Very clean and nice. Quiet and peaceful. Nice swimming pools for residents/guests and miniature golf. This is in Kimberling City, so it was the perfect location to visit our son at Kanakuk K-West but still able to get into Branson easy enough. We had a great time at this location

Quiet

It's a quiet location, not fear from a Taney Como cove. Kitchen had all the amenities you would want. Lovely bathrooms. Craftsmanship on the laminate flooring was disappointing in the corners. We are experienced remodelers and perfectionists. So this isn't a biggie for a lot of people but we are critical when it comes to this kind of thing. Plenty of towels, dishes, even some coffee in the kitchen cabinets which was very nice. Some confusing instructions on the refrigerator which was different than what the owner sent us. Would recommend those be removed. If you are looking for quiet and comfortable this is your place

Wonderful experience!

My husband and I visited this lovely condo for a short weekend getaway with another couple, and had an amazing time! We really enjoyed swimming and kayaking in the lake, as well as grilling and hanging out in the hot tub in the evening. Highly recommend!

Weekend at the lake

The property was exactly what the photos look and was a little bigger then the photos make it appear. The property manager was great to work with.
