House with Guest Loft and Garden

Beautiful house with glass veranda and large garden that invites peaceful moments but also play and activity. Guest house on the plot is also included and is perfect for vacationing with more families or bringing grandparents on the trip. The surroundings consist of fields and forest that provide peace and quiet. Nature reserve on the corner and endless opportunities for walks and recovery in nature. The house is decorated in an old-fashioned and homely style in spacious rooms on the ground floor. The entrance at the back of the house through the furnished terrace means that you directly enter the well-equipped kitchen for self-catering. Dining room furniture in the adjacent room and living room with sofa bed for 2 people in the next room. In the living room, a staircase leads you up to the sleeping loft with 4 beds. The staircase and ceiling height are slightly lower here but very cozy. The bathroom is spacious and fresh with a shower. The guesthouse has a small kitchen, living room and a sleeping loft with a double bed for two people. There is also a toilet with a shower and a washing machine and dryer in this house. A cot and high chair for the youngest guest are also available. In the storage room next to the guesthouse there are toys and other summer entertainment to use freely. Historic Kristianopel and its history and well-preserved buildings in the center are a must-see. There are several restaurants, ice cream kiosks and shops open in the summer. Grocery store open all year round. Musical entertainment some evenings a week next to the campsite and child-friendly sandy beaches with a pier and play equipment are also available here. Recommended excursion destinations nearby are Högasand sand dunes with 300-year-old pine trees to stroll around among. By car in just under half an hour you can get to "Barnensgård" which has a water park with a slide and farm activities. With about the same distance to both Kalmar and Karlskrona there is a large selection of marine attractions, museums and shopping.
