This townhouse is just a few minutes walk to the beach. Enjoy many activities in this location. Right across the street from Fort Pierce Inlet State Park. We have bicycles and beach chairs for guests to use. There are many activities in the area, including beach, surfing, fishing, boating, kayaking, snorkeling and other water activities. Nearby there are waterfront restaurants, bars, and shops. Most restaurants have live music nightly.

This newly remodeled townhouse has an upstairs loft bedroom with bathroom and walk-in shower. There is a queen bed with a twin pull out bed underneath. We also have 2 air mattresses that can be used to fit a family of 5 in the loft upstairs. There is also a pack-n-play for infants. The living room on the ground floor has a queen sleeper sofa. Ground floor has half bath, full kitchen, living room, and washer/dryer. This townhouse comfortably sleeps 5 people, with a maximum of 7 people if air mattresses are used.

Enjoy the tropical paradise in the backyard with plenty of patio furniture, gas grill, mini fridge, TV, and blutooth speakers. Get refreshed in the beautiful outdoor shower, which is perfect for rinsing off sand after a fun day at the beach. Or relax with refreshing drinks on the front porch in the evening enjoying the breezy shorewinds. We provide bath towels, beach towels, kitchen dishes and accessories. Watch your favorite shows on large flat screen TV via Dish Network. Wi-Fi included.

Prepare meals in the full kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. Full Well-Equipped kitchen. You'll have all the Must-Have items for the Home Chef. Beyond Salt and Pepper you'll have spices, olive oil, sharp knives, coffees, teas, Pots and Pans for Your Cooking Style.

This unit is dog friendly with a fee (no cats, please). Please be respectful and pick up after your dog in the yard. Fenced in yard. We also have a large dog crate if needed. There is a one-time pet fee $100 per stay.
