It is designed with a modern and elegant style with large windows, providing a peaceful and bright ambience to guests. The living space features a comfortable sitting area, including a double couch bed and a comfortable double bed, with a TV for relaxing evenings and a dining table. The open-concept kitchen provides a welcoming environment for socialising and enjoying meals together. It includes essential cookware and cutlery to make delicious meals, such as an oven, cooking plate, microwave and coffee maker.

The bathroom has all the essentials, including fresh towels, a hairdryer, and complimentary toiletries to make your stay even more comfortable.

The property is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

In the heart of Porto’s Santo Ildefonso district lies a lively area where history blends seamlessly with modern urban life. Beautiful tile-faced chapels, traditional façades, and architectural gems stand alongside stylish boutiques, cosy cafés, and creative spaces. It’s a place that pulses with energy, offering visitors a true taste of Porto’s evolving character while preserving its authentic charm.

Travellers here can enjoy a coffee in trendy spots, savour Portuguese cuisine in family-run restaurants, or simply wander and admire the details of historic buildings. The surrounding streets invite leisurely strolls, with green spaces and viewpoints revealing wonderful vistas over the Douro River and the city’s rooftops. This neighbourhood offers a perfect glimpse into Porto’s vibrant soul, where tradition and contemporary life coexist in harmony.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest subway station, Trindade, is just a 7-minute walk.

Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport is a 20-minute drive from the property.

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
