The house is ideally located, everything is done on foot. It is suitable for two families with children or a large family. You will find a large 20m2 terrace on the ground floor for dining, as well as another upstairs terrace with sea views.

Very pleasant environment, you will find close to shops (doctors, pharmacy, press house, food, tourist office ...) as well as the nearby beaches (150m)

For the composition of the rooms:
Two couple bedrooms: a 'parents' bedroom on the ground floor with private bathroom and walk-in shower.
One bedroom ‘from the sea‘ upstairs with large double bed and adjoining terrace with sea view.
A guest bedroom upstairs.
The other three bedrooms: two bedrooms with 2 single beds that can be combined or not, and a single bedroom with a single bed.

The kitchen is new and very well equipped to cook for a large family.

You will find a large capacity washing machine (15Kg) and a dryer.

We are equipped to receive children, with 2 changing tables and children's equipment (1 high chair / 1 baby bath / 1 folding bed + 1 small wooden bed with children's mattress).

Other remarks:
No sheets provided (fitted sheets, duvet cover and pillowcase) or towels. Possibility to rent them through a service provider who charges 15 € / bed (and not per person)

I also offer for rent my other neighboring house 'Gwalarn' which can accommodate 13/15 people with all the amenities for large families. You can hire up to 23 people!

Possibility of payment by ANCV holiday check after agreement between us (sending of check by post and reimbursement upon receipt of checks).
