The apartment is best reached by car and offers nearby parking options. El Puntal is ideally located:

10 min to Villaviciosa - 30 min to Gijón - 45 min to Oviedo - 1 hour to the airport

It is also located within a nature reserve, offering a unique setting surrounded by nature. Just 100 meters away is a marina where guests can enjoy sailing, kayaking, and boat tours.
The Tazones marina, a popular tourist attraction, is located just 5 km from the property.

It is important to arrive by car to facilitate getting around the area and to be able to visit nearby points of interest.

The property has a maximum capacity of 5 people.

The house must be left clean; otherwise, an additional cleaning fee will be charged to the guest.

Pets are NOT allowed. Failure to comply will result in a penalty of 250 euros.

No parties or events are allowed in the accommodation.

Smoking is not permitted. This will result in a penalty of 150 euros.

The noise levels and sleeping hours of neighboring residents must be respected.
Failure to comply with these rules will result in immediate cancellation or financial penalties.

It is mandatory to complete the guest registration form as required by Spanish accommodation authorities, providing the information from your DNI or passport via the link we will send you.

Damage to the following amenities will incur the following charges:
10 € for small towels
20 € for large towels
10 € for sheets
30 € for a duvet cover

Damage to or breakage of the lock on the front door of the accommodation will result in a penalty of 700 euros.

The loss or failure toreturn of any key or remote control for the accommodation or garage will incur a charge of 60 euros.

Any damage occurring during the stay will be deducted from the pre-loaded deposit.

The cleaning or maintenance team will always enter the property if any unforeseen events occur that they can resolve.

We are not responsible for any personal belongings left in the accommodations.
