The villa is located in a quiet residential neighborhood, with easy parking on the driveway – convenient for both everyday life and guests. At the same time, it's only 45 minutes by train to central Stockholm, offering an excellent balance between peaceful living and city pulse. At the back of the villa, a generous terrace unfolds, becoming a natural extension of the house. It offers several thoughtfully designed outdoor areas – a breakfast corner with a coffee table, a lounge corner with soft cushions for relaxation and evening coziness, as well as a spacious dining area with a grill where people gather for long dinners under the starry sky.
