SPRING TIDE, family friendly with garden views in St Merryn

Our 2 Bedroom Chalet will sleep 4 people (plus 2 infants in their own cots at no extra charge) and is located on the family run Atlantic Bays Holiday Park in Padstow.

The holiday park is set amongst 27 acres of peaceful parkland and is approximately 4 km (2.5 miles) from the nearest beach; Atlantic Bays offers a good all round family holiday and you're never too far from the beautiful North Cornwall coast !

The Chalet is 5.1m (17 feet) long and 5.1m (17 feet) wide and has a comfortable lounge and fully equipped kitchen.

In the Lounge, there's a leather suite comprising a sofa and armchairs; there's also a Flatscreen Television with Digital Freeview, a DVD player and a selection of books and games; heating comes from an electric fire. There's space in the lounge for a cot.

The Kitchen comes fully equipped with an oven, hob and grill, microwave, kettle, toaster and all the pots, pans, dishes, plates, bowls, cutlery, glasses and cups that you'll need ! There's also a Fridge, separate Freezer, an iron, ironing board and vacuum cleaner.

The main bedroom is a good size and has a comfy double bed (120cm wide), an electric heater and plenty of places to store your clothes and belongings. There's space in the main bedroom for a travel cot.

The second bedroom has two single bunk beds, storage space and an electric heater; unfortunately, there isn't space in this bedroom for a travel cot.

As far as bedding and bed linen is concerned, 1 Standard Double Duvet, 2 Standard Single Duvets and 4 Standard Pillows are supplied; we're sorry but bed linen, towels and tea towels are not supplied or available to hire.

In the shower room, there's a shower (in it's own cubicle) and there's a step of approximately 5cm (2 inches) into the cubicle; there's also a toilet and wash basin.

There's a lovely patio and garden furniture so that you can enjoy the view of the countryside on those long, warm evenings !

As far as accessibility is concerned, there are no steps, so there's level access into the Chalet; there's also a doorsill which is approximately 5cm above the ground. In the shower room, there's a step of approximately 5cm (2 inches) into the shower. The parking area is approximately 80 metres (89 yards) away.

Please note the following information:

• The holiday park rules and our lease allow us only to accept bookings from single guests, families and couples for holiday purposes only. All guests must register their details with us before arrival.
• The keys are held in a key safe for arrivals from 4.00pm to 9.00pm; please vacate by 10.00am on your departure day.
• Electric is free; there are no gas appliances in this property.
• Guests staying in this property are not allowed to bring animals onto the park at any time.
• There are no passes to purchase to use the activities or facilities on this holiday park.
• There is not a cot or highchair in this property and, unfortunately, they are not available to hire.
• Bed Linen and Towels are not included, or available to hire.
• Facilities and services on or off the holiday park are not managed by us and are subject to availability.
• There is a minimum age of 6 years to use the top bunk bed and, for both bunk beds, a maximum weight limit of 100kg.
