The property features a main villa, separate sauna house, a private waterfront, and 4 multi-level terraces. The location is peaceful and ideal for families with children (8+), friends, or corporate stays to relax—whether dining outdoors, enjoying a Finnish sauna, or sunbathing at the water's edge.

Bedroom & Bedding Configuration

Maximum capacity is 6 guests. Hosting is spread across the 3-bedroom main villa and a flexible 4th bedroom in the detached sauna house. Portable fans are included.

• Villa Ground Floor Bedroom 1: Scandinavian double bed setup; two individual beds, mattresses and duvets; equivalent in total size to a King.
• Villa Ground Floor Bedroom 2: Two single beds, 200x90cm; flexible as a double bed setup.
• Villa Open Loft Bedroom 3: Scandinavian double bed setup; equivalent in total size to a Queen. Also flexible as separate beds, 200x80cm. (Note: Accessible via steep, traditional loft stairs with an open-balcony design, this cozy space is suitable for teenagers and adults only).
• Sauna House Guest Bedroom 4: One large single bed, 200x120cm, in the separate sauna house; offers extra privacy with the main villa bathroom a short, scenic walk away.

Booking Requirements & Key Policies

• Age Restrictions & Safety: We warmly welcome guests aged 8 and older. The property is not child-proofed due to the open waterfront and steep loft stairs.
• No Third-Party Bookings: The person who books must be the primary guest staying on-site for the duration of the trip.
• Registered Guests Only: All adults and children must be included in the booking count. Extra guests must be added before arrival in accordance with Vrbo’s extra guest policy and pricing. For insurance and liability reasons, unregistered visitors or overnight guests are not permitted.
• Guest Profiles: We welcome leisure and corporate business travellers only.
• No Parties or Pets: Parties, large gatherings, and pets of any kind are strictly forbidden to respect our local community and natural environment.
• Fire Safety: Smoking and open flames are strictly prohibited. The indoor fireplace is decorative only and not for guest use.
