The Lake District’s scenic walking routes are right on your doorstep, and Ambleside’s wonderful shops and eateries are just a short stroll away. The shores of Lake Windermere are also within walking distance, making this a perfect base for exploring.



The room features a king-size bed, free WiFi, digital TV, and secure contactless digital access. It is positioned at the rear of the building, offering a more peaceful setting. Please note, there is no kitchen facility available. Free off-site parking is provided for one vehicle, with details sent to you prior to arrival. The parking area is less than a five-minute walk from the property, and there is also short-stay street parking available nearby for unloading luggage. All parking is at the owner's own risk.

Fantastic stay, would definitely recommend and stay again!

The property was in a great location, clean and the facilities were perfect for a night away! It was a super hot weekend, but the property provided a fan which helped a little. It was also quiet at night. Parking being included was a bonus and only a 5 minute walk away 😊
