This Updated, Newly Furnished & Freshly Painted 1,072 sqft condominium offers beautiful gulf views from its private balcony. 2 Bedrooms with a king size and 2 full size beds with private full baths and ceiling fans in each, plus a queen sofa sleeper in the living room. Tiled floors throughout.
Newer 44-inch LCD flat screen TV in living room and flat screens in both bedrooms. Each are equipped with DVD's and over 100 cable channels, as well as WiFi, high-speed internet and phone access.
The kitchen is fully equipped with microwave, dishwasher, ice maker and pantry, with a dining room area that can seat 8, and a breakfast bar that seats 3. The unit has a washer/dryer inside.
Unlike other units in this complex, the entry door into unit 405B has a high-security, keyless entry lock system. So, each guest gets a unique code for each stay which allows them to get in and out of the unit and it changes every time a new guest stays there.
The beach is just steps away from the condominium pool deck where you can enjoy a seasonally heated 3200 indoor/outdoor pool with two hot tubs, plus an on-site, state of the art, fitness center.
The Majestic Sun is a gated community located within Seascape Resort offering an 18-hole championship golf course, 8 tennis courts and dining and much more! You can cook your own dinner, dine at the on-site Cabana Café or have the Cabana Café and other restaurants deliver right to your door! There’s covered parking and covered walkway right to the front door.
We love it here and we know that you will too!

HOUSE RULES:
Quiet Time after 10pm

Primary Guest must sign a short term rental agreement - which will be emailed via docusign. This will secure your booking.

Parking Passes - $15/car. Guests are required to pay the parking pass - there is no overnight street parking.

Extra-person charges - guests #7 and 8 will be charged $100/night each for the duration of their stay

Family beach vacation!Great location. Walk across the street to the beach. The pool is perfect with 2 hot tubs and plenty of seating. Our condo was clean and very comfortable. Our unit had everything we needed and more. Beach chairs, an umbrella, beach towels, cooler and a wagon to tote everything to the beach. We loved everything and highly recommend staying in this unit!!

Pool closed half of our stay. No welcome packet in room. The private beach area (once opened back up due to storm) was filled with rental beach chairs and umbrellas and there was no room for anyone to set up personal areas.

Yearly ladies trip

We stay at Majestic Sun every year for a ladies trip andca fanily trip in the fall. We like the area and places near by that we can walk to eat. We feel very safecat Majestic Sun condo's.

very nice with great view

This was a very nice condo, much more spacious in person than what appeared in the pictures. There were 2 adults and 2 teens and it was plenty big enough. It was clean, in good location with a great balcony view of the water. The only 2 downsides, the bed in the main bedroom was very hard and uncomfortable and the walls are very thin, we could hear neighbors talking and moving around at 4 am, which obviously the owner can't help that. We would stay here again.

Majestic Sun

We really love the area and we liked the security of the facilities. The only thing we had a problem with were the tile floors were no clean and it definitely need some updates on furniture and bathrooms. The kitchen was updated.

Amazing!

The room was great! So clean and very nice. The view was amazing! We had a great time! Everyone was so nice. The only issue we had was trying to figure out where to go in that first time. Instead of telling us to park in “B” or the garage we needed to be told to go to the main parking gate and then they could direct us where to park. We actually helped another couple that was having the same issue as us.

Beautiful view but small

Beautiful view but smaller than expected. Master bath is small with tub-shower and beds in both rooms extremely hard and uncomfortable. Floors are all ceramic tiles without any rugs, floors always felt Sandy even with tons of sweeping.

Great location, beautiful view!

Walking distance to many restaurants. Beautiful views of the gulf. Super easy check in/out, owner quickly responded when I had questions. A few updates are needed but did not take away from the stay. The one big thing for my family was both shower heads really need to be replaced which is a quick and easy fix for the owner.

Family vacation 2019

Condo was not clean and door frame at entrance broke when we opened door. Dryer kept shutting off every 30 min or so.

Very Dirty

This place was dirty! Food stuck on dishes, glasses and silverware all had be rewashed. Sand and food on the floors so no sweeping was done. Found black mold above washed unit and in window seal of bedroom. I sneezed the entire 4 days while in that house. Brought to owners attention and she offered to buy dinner. I should not have been charged a cleaning fee at all. Also there was huge crack in door frame and not sure security lock would have held up to a break in. Lastly I was charged $60 for 2 lost arm bracelets that fell off in the ocean because too big for kids arms yet they say you have to wear them. Its a scam to make extra money because anyone can be on the beach. Its not privately owned. Plus the area was just toooo crowded. Wont stay here again!!!

Becki, we responded to all your concerns promptly. Unfortunately housekeeping accidentally gave you access to the apartment prior to it being cleaned. We sent them back immediately upon your arrival and you refused to give them access to clean the unit. The armbands are not for beach use - they are for pool access and per the house rules are charged if lost. We do our best to provide a wonderful travel experience to all our guests.

Love the Location

If you stay try the Whales Tail across the street. I loved the grounds and the pool was nice too. Also a great little store in the condo; reasonable prices for tourists ;)

Overall pretty good

Property was great. Location is fantastic, unit is nicer than most I have stayed in a comparable price range. Two complaints: 1. We paid to get a second parking pass and only one was provided upon arrival. We contacted the property mgt company and was told we had to contact the owner. We contacted owner and did not receive a response until midnight that night and then couldn’t get the pass until 8am the next morning. 2. Minor issue that was stated in agreement. Stated checkin was not until 4pm. We arrived early and asked if we were able to check in early and recieved a canned text that we couldn’t check in until 4pm, as stated. However, when we got into the unit it did not appear to have been cleaned within the last few hours. My thoughts are that the room was ready and could’ve been accessed earlier and there was no attempt for any additional accommodation. Overall, I would rent this room again and was satisfied with the property and price.

Overall positive review

Overall we enjoyed our stay. Loved the location! We didn't have sheets for the pullout sofa bed which would have been helpful. Also, it would be great to have a few family games in the condo available for rainy day or night time family fun.

Nice view from balcony of gulf

Comfortable accommodations. Air conditioning worked well, and it's a good thing because it was very hot. Pool area was nice and clean, but you could not enjoy the ocean view because of landscaping. We had to use the maintenance dept. and they were prompt and courteous. All 5 of us thought the beds were comfortable. Things that could improve was housekeeping- thus only 4 stars. It took them 2 days[and 4 phone calls] to bring us hangers[there were none] and 3 towels. And there was a lot of dust over several items. I would recommend Tracy, the owner. She was helpful, prompt, and caring.

Great Condo in a Great Location

Absolutely a wonderful condo for a group of friends or family. We typically rent a condo each year and have stayed in various condos in different complexes through the years. This condo easily accommodates 8 adults as we had six staying with us. Plenty of space in an open floor format allowed us to not feel like we were walking all over each other. Beautiful, unobstructed views of the gulf. The owner of the property is very pleasant to deal with, quick in all responses to any type of communication, and will assist you with anything you may need. I look forward to staying in this condo in the future as well as doing business with this owner!
