Very pleasant apartment to discover Porto : Very well located, a few minutes from the train station and the metro. A small welcome kit with coffee/tea, dishwashing liquid, sponge, etc. Very spacious and comfortable bedding. Clean bed and bath linen. Small terrace. Quiet neighbourhood. The location is excellent – you can visit various parts of the city on foot, and if you don’t fancy walking, there are two underground stations really close by. : Clean and comfortable apartment. We arrived very late at the middle of the night, but we were taken care of, staff was waiting to meet us even at that ungodly hour. We loved the location as we wanted to visit the stadium of FC Porto and also the old city. Both were within half an hour walk. Bathtub was extremely slippery. We got a mat and it solved the issue.

: The staff have been very helpful, resolving any problems and issues that arose. It’s in a great location – you can walk to the historic centre, there’s a supermarket nearby and it’s a quiet neighbourhood. There are bus stops nearby. It would be a good idea for them to invest a little more in maintenance and cleaning, and also to buy kitchenware and furniture for the terrace, etc., to improve the comfort of the flat. The sofa in the living room is unbearable and the TV doesn’t have an aerial.

Although there’s an issue, it was rapidly resolved by the platform. Then all was excellent The only thing I’ll suggest is to improve communication media. I’m from a country where this platform does not operate and because of that the app in iOS is not available for me. So, communication is slow and not straight forward by web with an smartphone. Please, review this point or enable a phone line with an human operator in the other side
