"Romance & Relax Villa" is a beautifully appointed vacation rental spanning 120 m2 across 2 levels, thoughtfully designed to accommodate up to 6 guests across 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Upon entering, you are welcomed by an entrance hall that leads into a bright and open living room, complete with an open-hearth fireplace, television, and air conditioning. The first bedroom on this level features 1 double bed measuring 160 cm, its own television, and air conditioning, ensuring a comfortable and private retreat. The fully equipped open kitchen is seamlessly integrated into the living space and includes an oven, dishwasher, 4 induction hot plates, a kettle, a microwave, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine, all complemented by a dining table ideal for shared meals. A shower room with WC completes the ground floor facilities. On the upper floor, an open gallery leads to a dressing room area housing the second bedroom, which features 1 double bed measuring 180 cm, along with a dedicated bathroom. A separate WC is also available on this floor. The property further benefits from a 25 m2 terrace furnished with outdoor furniture, a portable barbecue, and a beautiful view over the garden.
