Utsu 1 is a warm and spacious 154 m² log villa in Levi, Utsuvaara, right next to the slopes – ski in / ski out location.

The property accommodates up to 8 people on two floors and offers the perfect setting for admiring the northern lights, an active holiday and relaxing in the peace of nature.

Upstairs there is a spacious living room with a fireplace and large windows, a fully equipped kitchen, a separate toilet and two bedrooms. The main bedroom has a double bed and a private bathroom. The second bedroom has two single beds. The balcony offers a magnificent view of the fells - a place where you can relax and watch the Northern Lights dance in the winter night sky.

Downstairs there is a cozy living area with a sofa bed and a television providing a comfortable setting for relaxation. On the same floor there is also a bedroom with two single beds, a bathroom and a traditional Finnish sauna, from which you can step directly onto the furnished terrace to cool off under the starry sky. In addition, there are washing machines and a practical ski maintenance room where you can easily take care of your equipment.
