The centerpiece of the vacation home is the large kitchen-living room, where the kitchen and living room are combined into one large, bright space. The well-equipped kitchen offers plenty of room for socializing while cooking and the opportunity to enjoy dinner with the whole family. The setting is perfect for a vacation with room for relaxation, fun, and games. The TV offers a selection of Danish and German channels. The modern furnishings and all the modern amenities make practical tasks easier during your vacation. The vacation home itself has three bedrooms with a total of six beds in double beds. Bathroom with underfloor heating. The interior design makes the house suitable for both a family vacation and a vacation with good friends who want to enjoy time together. The vacation home is located on a large property with many opportunities for relaxation, play, and socializing. A beautiful terrace surrounds the house, so you can find sun, shade, or shelter at any time. It's a great place for lots of fun, and a charcoal grill is also available. Not available for rental to youth groups.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
