Relaxing, new, modern 1-bdrm fully furnished condo with a captivating view of Abreeza Mall and Mt. Apo. It is located within Ayala Abreeza complex, 2-3 min walk to Abreeza Mall ( shops, restaurants like TGI Fridays, Starbucks, money changer, food court, grocery, movie theaters). Gated w/24 hr security. Front desk staffed 24 hrs. They can call a cab for you while waiting in a beautifully decorated and air conditioned lobby.

A condo living in a hotel like setting. Can accommodate comfortably up to 3 guests with full size pull out sofa bed, & queen size bed. But can fit a 4th guest on twin size inflatable raised air mattress.

Kitchen:
Equipped with built in 2 burners glass top induction cook top, range hood, microwave oven, rice cooker, electric kettle, coffee maker, fridge with freezer, toaster oven, pots / pans, Corelle dinnerware sets, & other utensils.

Bathroom:
Heated sink water, & heated shower. Initial supply of toiletries & towels will be provided, but will not be replenished during your stay. Washer with dryer is available inside the unit, and initial supply of detergent is also provided.

Private Laundry area:
Washer / dryer inside the unit.

Available for short term or long term rental.

Local host will be able to facilitate your stay. Will meet you in person for check in, and available to address your inquiries and needs during your stay.

The neighborhood - We are located along JP Laurel Avenue, inside the Ayala Abreeza Business Complex. It's the twin tower building across TGI Fridays restaurant of the Abreeza Mall.

It has 2 swimming pools: infinity pool & a children’s pool. Guest can use the pool for a nominal fee of P150.00 per person per use. It has a children play area (swing / slides), & lush garden on the 6th floor. It has a gym, but its use is restricted to property owners or to long term lessee of the property.

Getting Around - Walking distance to public transportation including bus terminals for neighboring cities (Tagum City & Digos City).
Taxis are always on standby 24 hrs a day within the Abreeza Complex for quicker access. This place is located in the center of shopping and dining areas of the city.
