This spacious and stylish villa of 174 m² is ideal for the family who wants plenty of space, comfort and a peaceful holiday in Skagen. The house has 4 bedrooms, including a large master bedroom with walk-in closet, two modern bathrooms and a new, bright kitchen/dining room in open connection with a cozy corner living room with a wood-burning stove. From the living room there is direct access to the south-facing terrace and the large, closed garden – completely undisturbed and perfect for both children and dogs. Outside you will find a covered terrace, greenhouse and a play tower with slide, so there is something for both young and old. The villa is located at the end of a quiet, dead-end road in the attractive Bankekvarter, close to nature, shopping and everything that makes Skagen so unique. There is also a large sofa bed in the living room, so there is room for the large family or guests.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
