Welcome to our villa which is located near the beautiful beaches of the Arcachon basin.

It benefits from all the comfort, its main room of 45 m2 is composed of a kitchen equipped, fridge, dishwasher, freezer, plate induction, washing machine, oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker Nespresso ...

In the lounge area you can watch TV, or a DVD, 2 3-seater sofas await you and 2 armchairs.

If you prefer the terrace, it is oriented south-east, wooden, with its barbecue, its table, its chairs, its parasol, but also its deckchairs; all without vis-à-vis.
There is also an outdoor shower.

For sleeping, you will have a 'parental' room with its private bathroom and double wardrobe, bed 160 cm; 1 room with bed 160 cm and 1 room 'children' with bunk beds 90 cm.
There is a bathroom accessible by the 2 bedrooms.

In addition you can use the sofa bed for 2 people.

The villa was completely renovated in 2011 to meet more contemporary expectations while respecting the architecture of the Arcachon basin.
It is located at the end of our private impasse, in the historic district of 'Old Pyla', extremely quiet area, ideal for family holidays.

The most commercial district of Moulleau is 10 minutes by bike, a protected bike path leads you there.
You can walk to the port of Arcachon and the oyster-farming villages of the basin, and for the bravest on the other side to the Dune du Pyla and the ocean beaches.

There is also a bus line on the Boulevard de l'Océan which goes from the Dune du Pyla to the Arcachon station.

At the Moulleau is the landing stage from which boats serving the Banc d'Arguin, the peninsula of Cap Ferret, the oyster farming village of Canon.
Do not hesitate to make the crossing to discover the other side of the basin.

The shopping centers are 5 minutes by car.
