Luxury Apartment in Downtown Provo (Unit #11)

Come and escape in a luxurious and modern apartment located in a historic 100 year old chapel in downtown Provo. Our one bedroom apartment is perfect for a business traveler or a couple looking to enjoy the beauty of Utah and the historic charm of the area. Experience the architecture and functionality of the century old church converted into a lavish apartment space.

Down a short flight of stairs will lead you to a secure entrance for our cozy 600+ square foot space. The character and warmth of the apartment will immediately make you comfortable! The kitchen, which is stocked with such appliances as a toaster and coffee maker, allows for dine-in options on your stay. There is a 40” smart TV with basic cable and access to Netflix for more entertainment options. WIFI is included. A few steps up will lead you to the bedroom with a queen bed, accompanied by a desk/work space.

Guests will have full access and use of the unit. You may come and go as you like, while feeling safe and secure with electronic locks on both the entrance to the complex and the apartment. There are no keys to hassle with!

Located 3 blocks from downtown Provo, you are 50 yards to a grocery store, 1/2 block to main UTA (mass transit) line, within a short walk to dozens of restaurants, 1 block to city library, 4 blocks to NuSkin headquarters, 4 blocks to the Utah Valley Convention Center and 5 blocks to the Provo City Center Temple.

With so much so close, you may want to enjoy the beauties of UT and downtown Provo by walking. The main UTA (mass transit) line is only 1/2 block away.

Please note: One night minimum stays are only valid for Sunday through Thursday, with a minimum of two nights required for weekends.

This property is NOT designed for infants/children. We DO NOT allow infants/children in this apartment. If infants/children were to stay in the unit we would be in violation of our commitments/obligations.

Bright and clean apartment

This was a perfect place to stay for a weekend to visit my son. Lots of good restaurants you can walk to and very safe, cute property. I would definitely rent this again!

Clean and a great location

This apartment couldn’t have been better. It was clean, fully appointed, quiet, and walking distance to restaurants, downtown, public transit, and more. Plus, Todd & Mikki checked in with us daily (by email) to be sure everything was ok. I would definitely stay here again when coming to Provo.

This is a great VRBO. It fit our needs perfectly. We did not cook here. We prefer to eat out and meet people wherever we go so this was perfect. Loved the walk ability of this property. Grocery, coffee shops, ice cream and plenty of restaurants all with easy access. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Everything was clean, and more was provided than what we were expecting. Modern kitchen, laundry, separate bedroom. The building felt secure and in a good location. Close to everything. So much better than a hotel.

We’ve stayed in this complex in other units managed by the Rogers. The cleanliness and quality of the property was wonderful. The owners are great with communication. We love coming here. It’s a quiet retreat for us. We will be back soon.

Clean, Cute, and Comfortable

I stayed in this apartment for a week while my summer participated in an event at BYU. It was very comfortable for me while I worked remotely during the day. The location is perfect. I could walk to groceries, restaurants, and campus. The historic nature of the building is really cool too. I enjoyed my stay and would consider booking again if I am in Provo in the future.

Clean apartment in a nice location

This apartment provided a fun, romantic getaway close to downtown Provo. It was fun staying at an old church, and it’s hard to beat the location. The apartment was clean and warm, quite small and charming. Our only complain was that the apartment has these massive basement windows that are covered by pull down shades. At night, the sidewalk lights kept the shades illuminated all night long. It kind of felt like we were sleeping beneath a lit neon sign or something. If you bring a sleep mask, it shouldn’t be a problem.

Great space

Took my daughter for a quick girls getaway and this space was great! The old church is really cool and this unit has been very thoughtfully updated while keeping its charm. It’s in a super convenient location within walking distance to a grocery store and restaurants. The owner was kind and quick to respond with any questions. My only warning is that the heater is really loud and the bed squeaks a ton, so if you’re a light or fidgety sleeper, that could be an issue for you, as it was for my daughter. But otherwise, the overall unit was very quiet, comfortable and well maintained and we would definitely stay again!

I love the history of the building. It was beautiful and very quiet. I loved how unique it was. The code on the door was wrong, but the owner reset it within 15 minutes, so I was still able to get in. The owner responded very quickly and was extremely helpful. I would stay again in a heartbeat. I loved how food and shops are within walking distance. I wish I could have stayed longer.

A perfect getaway apartment in Provo. We were visiting for a BYU football game so location was perfect. Several great restaurants nearby. Would recommend!!

The apartment was inviting, clean and attractive - I felt more relaxed than in a hotel room. It was a short walk to the hotel were others in my group were staying so no problem joining them.Felt it was a safe area as well.

Beautiful place!

Wonderful apartment, anything you might have forgotten is there for an ease of mind. Only thing I would change is a bigger couch to sit on. Other than that it is a perfect location, and very clean!
