The other two bedrooms, each with two beds (which can be arranged as twin beds or a double bed), share a bathroom (double sink with shower) and a separate toilet. All bedrooms are equipped with luxury box-spring beds and windows with screens and shutters. The villa is fully equipped with all modern conveniences, including underfloor cooling and automatic climate control. The garden features a trampoline and a basketball hoop. Every day, you can enjoy the phenomenal view that never gets old. You’ll look out over the Marche hills, which are so characteristic of the region. Sunflowers, various grains, and crops grow in abundance here. There are also olive trees and vineyards. Perched atop the hills are small villages, and in the distance you can see the Sibillini Mountains. Le Marche is situated between the Adriatic Sea to the east and the Apennine Mountains to the west. The villa’s location is therefore excellent. The sea and the mountains are a 30- to 40-minute drive away.
