This property is situated in a resort area and has its own private swimming pool and beach. Great place for the young and young at heart who wants to just relax in a place of peace and quite away from the hussle and bustle of the Resort town. The property is an apartment complex that is home to many business owners and an excellent resort for visitors. It is just 5 minutes drive from the town of Ocho Rios and is located close to the highway for easy access to private and public transportation. The property is manned by security guards 24/7 and provides free parking.
It is just 8kms from all major attractions such as the famous Irie Blue Hole and Island Falls, Mystic Mountain, white river rafting, WATA Land, Dunn's river Falls and Park, Turtle River Park, Dolphin cove, Kaya Herb House- Jamaica's first and only medical marijuana dispensary and many entertainment and attractions.
All units have a private entrance. This unit is equipped with digital keyless entry locks with key option, the most amazing sea view from Bedroom, Living-room, Kitchen and Balcony, very clean and has all the amenities such as microwave, iron, refrigerator, stove, washer and dryer, coffee machine, kettle, flat screen TVs, cable, Free WIFI Internet, extra bathroom and roll-away beds for your convenience.
Daily housekeeping at no additional cost and for your dining pleasure, meals can be specially prepared by our excellent cook/housekeeper or guests can choose to dining at the Toscanni Italian restaurant, Glenn's Restaurant, Tower Isle bar and grill and Bamboo beach club which are all
within walking distance of the property. For your grocery needs there is a small supermarket located 5 minutes walk from the property and shopping centres located in the Town of Ocho Rios with other convenience stores along the route.
SEA 7 is the ideal place for Everyone to chill and relax for a exquisite experience .

Amazing stay

The property was beautiful and just as pictured. My cousin and I stayed for a week for my birthday and it was the best trip ever. Clean and well stocked. Plenty of adventures to be had nearby all you need is a driver. Thank you Ms. Pat for a wonderful stay. I cannot wait to book again!!😍

More than I expected

Sea 7, Pat and Marie are five stars. I've never stayed in that area before and it was perfect. The entire property was clean. I felt like I was in my own world. Security was friendly and always on duty. The pool and small beach were excellent. People would come and go and everyone was friendly and respectful.The apartment was bigger than I thought (Ms. Pat you need to add more pictures to the rental listing. You are hiding a real gem!!) It suited my needs and my kids perfectly. We ate on the balcony for all our meals when there and the view could not be beat. I can actually say I was able to relax and enjoy my vacation and a lot of it was based on my accommodations. I was even able to rent a car from Ms. Pat which suited my needs perfectly. There was an Italian restaurant across the street but I was not able to go. 1 minute drive away (4 minutes walk) there is a small supermarket and a open air restaurant/bar with local cuisine that had excellent food for very reasonable cost, and friendly staff and I went at least 4 times during my stay. I met locals and even a couple from Belgium. I have only good things to say. I will be back. Thanks so much!

Great beachfront condo

We rented apartment C7 at Sea Palms condominium for 2 months (Feb-March 2019). The apartment was incredibly clean and well maintained with everything needed, such as linens, towels, phone, toilet paper, all kitchen tools, dishes etc... including a full size washer and dryer and a large size TV screen with free wireless internet. Housekeeping was provided as needed by Marie, who was also available to cook "real Jamaican" meals upon request. Her service was top notch, done in a very friendly way. Pat, the owner, was always available to help us at any time. Security guards as well as workers on the complex were very nice and helpful. Everybody did go out of their way to make us feel welcome. We will definitely come back and can recommend renting this condo.

Wow wow my mind has been blown away

I was so excited and very comfortable during my stay. Everything was perfect especially the view of the ocean. The rooms where clean and very specious. I had time to relax and focus as a result I didn’t wanted to leave. I was captured by the souroundings of the pool and the fresh air. Early morning walks and late nights drinks. Special thanks to Pat and her lovely staff for the hospitality that was displayed. I will forever be great full and I will RETURN

Super Relaxing and Extremely Lovely

The Property is very attractive, it was very well kept, the rooms, kitchens, bathrooms were lovely and clean. The scenery was lovely especially with the beach and pool in the background. All necessities were provided which leads to good customer service. The location is very peaceful and quiet, a very lovely place to spend family vacations. Hence i would highly recommend families and friends to visit. Will surely be visiting again!!!!and again !!!

I used to rent an apartment in this resort complex and I have always loved the peace and quietness and the sound of the ocean nearby. My husband and I decided that we wanted to own one of these apartment especially one with a spectacular view of the sea. The opportunity arises in April 2017 and we decide to renovate it and make it nice and comfortable so that we can share it with others. We are happy to make it your home-away from home, so that you can also enjoy the beauty and the scenery.

The sunrise and sunset are breath-taking as well as the lights on the water from the moon at night. You will benefit from a relaxed and calm atmosphere that will rejuvenate your mind and body.
