Location

This rustic stone house is off the beaten track yet accessible to the charming town of Sansepolcro, home to a twice weekly market and birthplace of one of Italy’s greatest artists, Piero della Francesca.

A track of 1.6km leads to the house - accessible with all cars except sports cars (please note however that this is an unpaved road with an uphill stretch of about 100 metres).

1 hour from Arezzo (the main train station links to all the major cities including Florence Milan and Rome

Activities

Ideal for those who enjoy trekking, mountain biking and well placed for anyone wishing to join the Camino di San Francesco at La Verna.

Perfect too for those seeking a restful break of swimming, reading and complete relaxation.

A deposit of € 100 and e the final clenain g fee of € 40 is required on arrival .
The deposit will give back at the termination of the rental less eventual damages.
