About a month before our stay I attempted contacting the owner about leaving our bags after check out, I received no response at all. Upon arrival I continued to reach out in regards to the leaking (and barely functioning) air conditioning unit-still no response. The photos on the website are amplified heavily, there was brown leakage along the walls, stains all over the carpets, unclean pillow cases, used body wash that was repackaged, broken tv, zero fans, plus a leaking AC unit and sink. For 24 hours the security door on the main entrance was not functioning and this is not advertised but it is located on a Main Street of the Red Light District. They overcharge for what they offer here, we stayed at a much cheaper place the night before with significantly better amenities, cleanliness, and customer service.

I had messaged the homeowner a month prior to our stay and received no response. Upon arrival, I messaged them once again, regarding the leaking AC, and a later checkout time. And once again, I still receive zero response. The photos amplified the state of the room significantly. There was brown leakage from the walls, brown stains all over the carpet, a non functioning TV, dirty pillowcases, used body wash, and no security doors working for the first 24 hours, with the location being on one of the main roads of the Red Light District. I paid much less to stay at another location and received much better customer service, cleanliness, and amenities.

In der Wohnung fehlten die Kochplatten. Zum Glück waren wir nicht darauf angewiesen sonst wäre das sehr ärgerlich gewesen. Die Wohnung war sonst sehr schön, wie angepriesen. Ich wurde leider bombardiert mit E-Mails, was sehr nervig war. 14! E-Mails wurden mir in Zusammenhang mit den zwei Übernachtungen zugesendet. Es war unübersichtlich und unnötig. Fünf E-Mails waren Aufforderungen eine Bewertung abzugeben (die darum auch schlechter ausfällt...)
