Clean Condo: Check! Great Beach Views from the 14th floor: Check! Great location: Check! You had a wonderful vacation: Check!!!! We hope you come back again to this wonderful corner condo facing the beach. The glass walls are from floor to ceiling in all the rooms except the guest bedroom which has half a wall of floor to ceiling window that open to the wrap-around balcony. This is the next to the top floor and is the largest floor plan in the building. Covered, reserved parking is an additional perk! We hope you return soon, Jovon!!!

Rebecca, we truly appreciate your 5-STAR review as that means you found the condo clean, well-equipped, and us-as you hosts-very responsive. 14 floors up there is usually no noise, especially with those heavy hurricane-rated glass walls. Maybe, did someone leave one of the balcony access doors open a little bit? There are 4 large doors you can use to get to that gorgeous wrap-around balcony. That is the largest floor plan and the largest balcony and, in my opinion, one of the most gorgeous views in both the daytime and nighttime. I had one guest who said he never went out to party and never watched TV—-he just sat on the balcony absorbing the beauty. Now THAT says a lot about the view!!!! We hope you remember us and make this condo your vacation condo next year, also!!

I know it was frustration when our instructional letter on how to check-in went to you spam folder! But once we connected, you were able to follow the normal procedure. I know you said it was a wonderful vacation and I told you before you left my office that it was the best condo with the best view of any we offer! I am so glad you found it so. It was a pleasure to meet both you and your wife and I do hope that this becomes a summer tradition--vacationing with us on the 14th floor with the beach at your toes!!

Belinda, we are so happy you enjoyed this beautiful condo with the gorgeous view of the beach area! You noted the comfortable furniture. It is the style you sink into, and we do keep it professionally cleaned. We would love to leave condiments, but the health department does not allow that. We do hope you reserve the unit for next year's Cruisin' the Coast!

Wasn't that view from the 14th floor super gorgeous? Everyone comments on the view of the green majestic oaks lining the north side of the boulevard and the white sand beach bordering the ocean that reflects the sky color, with the islands in the far distance, all set off by the big beautiful sky! There are 30 restaurants within a mile or so of the condo. If you drive a bit further in each direction, you will hit a payload of pubs, buffets, world-renown restaurants, locally owned locations, and any flavor you might be wanting. Tammy, I had ordered new pots and pans and they had not arrived. They were installed last Friday. We had just replaced light bulbs in there, so I am flummoxed as to which lights were out. We have been over there just to follow up on this and found no bulbs out. Could you please get with me so I will know what you experienced? I would appreciate it. As to the cable issues: we have everything set-up for the guest's arrival. Sometimes, someone grabs the wrong remote and that is all it takes to get it off the correct channel that will connect to the cable provider. We do have an in-house specialist that handles the calls when this happens. I only wish you had called us for help We are here and available 24/7 for our guests. I am sorry you endured things that could have been handled. I do hope that some of my explanation will help future guests at this wonderful condo. Thank you for your review.

Rosa, Thank you for the review. Yes, that wrap-around balcony is the best thing. You were in the largest floor plan in the building and it has the best view from the 14th floor! I have spoken with housekeeping and they said the next time you stay with us to please call the number on the card they leave if there is an issue. They will gladly return to make it right. I had ordered pans and they just came in and were installed Friday. The keys are 2 sets of 3 as there are 2 interior doors that lock. We want you to have a set so if someone gets locked in or out, you will be able to access the room. There should always be two fobs for each reservation and we have them now permanently hooked together so each set is complete with fob. We offer wonderful, Southern hospitality, along with fabulous restaurants and lots of cultural spots. Plus, the 26-mile beach is accessible and free to all people. The parking is free along the beach should you wish to stop and explore someplace other than in front of your condo. We hope to have you visit again!!
