Come relax, unwind and soak up the sun! This stunning 2 bedroom/2 bathroom was completely revamped and refreshed in 2022. The condo sleeps 6, with a king bed in the master suite, and a queen and set of twin bunk beds in the second bedroom. With more than the basics including a fully stocked kitchen, linens/towels, WIFI, TV's, Cable & More...The Beach Shack is perfect for a Family Getaway! Plenty of amenities for all ages to leisure pool side and play shuffleboard on one of the four courts. The courtyard is accompanied with two luxurious pools (one heated) and two kiddie pools. Use the courtyard gas grill and have a barbecue poolside or on the sun deck.

Beach shack

Check in/out was super easy, condo was very clean and convenient - was a breeze for a quick getaway. The property in general is in need of a few upgrades/updates/repairs.

Love the Beach Shack

Have been coming to this unit from Canada for 6 years & we love it -location /cleanliness /decor / beach …all is outstanding! The new furniture is fantastic & the upgrades made to both bathrooms were great. Dealings with NSB Realty are fantastic….they personally came over to resolve an issue with the TV & are quick to respond to any questions or issues. Would gladly recommend NSB Realty & this unit. Already looking forward to returning next year.

Beach Shack review

4th year in this unit. Love the location & the complex. Nicely decorated with a beach theme in all rooms. Comfy beds. There were a few small issues when we arrived but they were looked after & fixed right away. Great service from the rental company. Only major issue this year was the construction noise during the week while outside cleaning on balconies & walls was underway - it should be done within a few months so won't be an issue next year. A great holiday after missing the past year.

Comfy condo right on beach

Great place right on the beach. Our balcony faced the pool but you could see the beach. Complex very clean & well maintained with 2 pools. Unit very comfortable. Master bedroom large with comfy bed. 2nd bedroom with queen bed plus bunk beds. Both bathrooms renovated & clean. Kitchen needs an update & could be stocked a bit better. No laundry facilities in unit but on each floor with easy access. Wonderful rental agent & very accommodating. We enjoyed our stay & would rent again.

The condo was well

The condo was well managed. We were very busy the first few days and it was hot outside so I didn't think much of it, but by the 4th day I noticed that the air conditioning wasn't working and I spoke with a representative about this. The issue was addressed quickly and on our final day we enjoyed a nice cool condo.

Property Owners and Property Staff

The company we went through was good, the condo itself was as described and would have been perfect if it weren’t for the property staff and owners from other units that told our group of six + families to “rent somewhere else next year”. We have rented units at Sea Coast for years and never had such a horrible experience with the property staff and other owners that don’t like renters.

Perfect beach getaway!

We loved staying at "The Beach Shack". The unit was as described and it's just as beautiful in person as it is in pictures! My family of 4 stayed the week and my only complaint is that it went by too fast! We have traveled to NSB for the past 4 years and it never disappoints! If youre new to the NSB area and youve got small children I would consider staying on a "no drive beach" like where this unit is located. This unit has everything you would need for the week. My family and I did not go out to eat one single time while we were there and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to cook/eat! The beds were comfortable and the couches/chairs/balcony furniture were all great as well! The check-in process was so simple and the property is beautiful. The pools were cleaned every day and the ground keepers took great pride in keeping the place looking nice! We cant wait to come back next year-- I dont think you will be disappointed if you book this unit!

Nice and relaxing.

The kids really enjoyed having two big pools. I enjoyed being on a no drive beach. The only thing that I wished the property had was a washer and dryer inside the unit. Just make sure to bring quarters for the unit washer and dryer. Very nice place.

We had an amazing time

We had such an a amazing time! It was our first time to New Smyrna, and first time using VRBO. The property manager was so helpful throughout the whole process. The condo was just like it was described on the website.

Not worth it

This complex is having MAJOR roof work done. Do not stay here unless you can be guaranteed it is done. Jackhammers and workers right outside of this condo. It is unbearable from 7am-5pm. We had to switch to another room in the middle of the week because it was ruining our vacation and owner refused to give us a full refund. Also, there are no blinds in the bedrooms due to window units so the sun will wake you up if the noise doesn't first.

2nd time staying love this place

This was our 2nd time staying in this condo. We love this place. Our only 2 complaints is there is too much patio furniture. It's crowded when people are out on the balcony. Our other complaint is about the property, this year there were too many unsupervised teens on the property. They were rowdy disrespectful to adults and left trash everywhere. Hopefully next year it won't be this bad, if I wanted to deal with that I would go to PCP or Destin.

Ac not working properly roof constuction

Was not informed of q there problem before arriving. I would have canceled. Owner aware of 2 yr old in party. 2 yr old do not like sound like of Jack hammer overhead. Temp registered 85 inside when 89 outside. Ridoculoud!

No air for two nights, but got that fixed thankfully. Extremely clean, beautiful condo with lots of amenities. Plenty of chairs Oceanside and poolside. Great community and fast access to Daytona/ Orlando.
