Our modern duplexes offer ample space to enjoy your holiday with complete comfort. On the ground floor, you will find a fully renovated kitchen, equipped with crockery and appliances typical of a home. The spacious lounge-dining room, with access to a furnished terrace, is the perfect place to enjoy moments of tranquillity and company. Furthermore, in this outdoor space, you can relax in a private swimming pool of 3 x 3. The ground floor has a full bathroom with shower. On the upper floor, accessed by internal stairs, there are three bedrooms. They have a double bed with built-in wardrobe. The second bedroom has two single beds of 90 cm and built-in wardrobe, and the third has a single bed of 90 cm. Additionally, on this floor there is a full bathroom with shower and a balcony with sea views. This duplex has capacity for up to 5 people plus a baby (cot available upon prior request). It does not have extra beds or sofa beds. Among other services, the accommodation offers free Wi-Fi on the premises, and easy parking (not private). The duplexes have air conditioning, ideal for families, groups of friends and remote workers.

For groups composed of guests between 18 and 26 years old, a refundable security deposit of €150 per person is required. During local holiday periods, the refundable security deposit will be €300 per person.



The deposit must be paid by credit or debit card before arrival. It will be refunded after check-out, once the accommodation has been inspected, provided that no damage has occurred and the house rules have been respected.
