Our modern duplexes offer ample space to enjoy your holidays with complete comfort. On the ground floor, you will find a fully renovated kitchen, equipped with crockery and appliances typical of a home. The spacious living-dining room, with access to a furnished terrace, is the perfect place to enjoy moments of tranquillity and company. Furthermore, in this outdoor space, you can relax in a private swimming pool of 3 x 3. The ground floor has a complete bathroom with shower. On the upper floor, accessed by internal stairs, there are three bedrooms. They have a double bed with built-in wardrobe. The second bedroom has two single beds of 90 cm and built-in wardrobe, and the third has a single bed of 90 cm. Furthermore, on this floor there is a complete bathroom with shower and a balcony with sea views. This duplex has capacity for up to 5 people plus a baby (cot available upon prior request). It does not have supplementary beds or sofa beds. Among other services, the accommodation offers free Wi-Fi on the premises, and easy parking (not private). The duplexes have air conditioning, ideal for families, groups of friends and remote workers.
