Pine House | Space and Light in the Heart of Sorrento

In the heart of Sorrento, just a few minutes’ walk from Piazza Tasso and the train station, Pine House is a spacious, exceptionally bright and refined apartment designed for guests who want to experience the city with all the space and comfort of a real home. With approximately 160 sqm, three double bedrooms and several balconies, it can accommodate up to 8 guests and is an ideal choice for large families or groups of friends who want to stay together without giving up their privacy.



The apartment immediately stands out for its generous proportions and abundance of natural light. At the heart of the living area is a large and welcoming lounge with wooden floors, a comfortable leather sofa, a bookcase and a 50-inch Smart TV. A large window and access to the balcony fill the room with daylight, while the dining area, furnished with a glass table and leather chairs, provides a pleasant setting for sharing dinner or simply spending time together.



From the living room, you can access the spacious, modern and fully equipped kitchen. The central island provides a practical space for cooking, preparing breakfast or enjoying an informal moment together during the day. The kitchen includes an oven, microwave, coffee machine, kettle and toaster, as well as a second dining area with a table and chairs. Two balconies connected to the kitchen make this part of the home particularly bright and airy.



The sleeping area is separated from the communal spaces by a long hallway and includes three spacious double bedrooms. Each bedroom has its own furnished private balcony, air conditioning, TV, generous wardrobe space and room to store luggage comfortably. Bed linen, blankets and pillows are provided in all bedrooms.



Pine House features two full bathrooms and an additional guest bathroom. The main bathroom is particularly spacious and includes both a separate shower and bathtub, a double washbasin, toilet and bidet. The second bathroom, distinguished by its original purple tones, is complete with a shower, toilet and bidet, while the guest bathroom has a toilet and washbasin. Towels, hairdryers and complimentary toiletries are provided for guests.



For longer stays, or simply for those who appreciate having all the conveniences of home, the apartment also features a separate laundry room equipped with a washing machine, utility sink, iron and ironing board, as well as cleaning products.



The balconies are among the apartment’s most distinctive features, offering different views over central Sorrento. One overlooks an impressive centuries-old maritime pine, creating a pleasant sense of greenery and freshness. From another balcony, the view opens onto Sorrento’s urban landscape, with Mount Vesuvius rising in the distance and a glimpse of the sea, while the other balconies allow you to enjoy the atmosphere of the city and spend time outdoors without leaving the apartment.



The property offers fast Wi-Fi and air conditioning throughout and is also well suited to guests who need to work remotely or use streaming services. Each guest is provided with a set of three towels – face, shower and bidet towel – together with bed linen. On arrival, guests will also find soap, shampoo and an initial supply of toilet paper.



One of Pine House’s greatest advantages is its location. Piazza Tasso, Sorrento’s historic centre, the train station, shops, restaurants and the city’s main services can all be reached easily on foot. The port is also accessible from the centre, making it easy to organise excursions and travel by sea to the main destinations in the surrounding area.



A car is therefore not necessary during your stay. For guests who prefer to arrive by car, several public parking facilities are available nearby, with indicative daily rates ranging from €25 to €36, depending on the chosen parking facility and the season.



Please note that access from street level requires climbing approximately 20 steps to reach the entrance of the building. From there, the apartment can be reached using the building’s elevator.



Check-in is carried out personally by a member of our staff, who will welcome guests and provide all the necessary information about the apartment and the surrounding area. The approximate arrival time must be agreed in advance, and guests will be contacted privately before their stay.



Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 8:30 PM. For later arrivals, a late check-in fee applies and must be paid in cash upon arrival: €30 from 8:30 PM to 11:30 PM and €50 from 11:30 PM to 2:00 AM. Check-out is by 10:00 AM.



Upon arrival, all guests are required to present a valid identity document, which is necessary for mandatory registration with the relevant authorities in accordance with current Italian regulations.



From April to October, the Municipality of Sorrento also requires a tourist tax of €4 per person per night for a maximum of 7 nights. Minors are exempt. The tourist tax must be paid in cash upon arrival.
