Awesome location

Great location, very close to the pool and the beach. The only issue was the photos don’t replicate the bedroom set up in one of the rooms.

Excellent Location

If you are looking for beach front but also pool access, the location does not get better than this. Just plan for your drive to the city to take a bit extra time as there are bridges involved! I especially appreciated the communication this property had throughout the tropical storm worries.

Great Getaway

The condo was clean and ready for our arrival. No issues with checking in or out. The condo over looks the pool with a semi beach view from the balconies. Easy distance to the beach. Each bedroom has their own bathroom which was wonderful with teenagers. Overall, will stay again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were very glad that our week at the beach was not cancelled because of the Covid-19 pandemic. The unit was ideal for our family. We could see the beach and the pool from our decks. The washer/dryer combo is great. The half bath downstairs is a plusThere was an issue with the dishwasher and we ended up washing dishes by hand. The kitchen was well equipped except for not having a large nonstick skillet We did bring an extra chair downstairs from a bedroom to use in the living room. The deck furniture was nice, the umbrella at the table could be raised up a bit higher so when closed you could use the table. The blue ray player did not work.All in all none of these small inconveniences kept us from having a wonderful week. IOP is our favorite vacation spot.

It is well laid out but there are lots of stairs to get to the bedrooms. It was not a problem for us but could be for someone with mobility issues. There are no bedrooms on main floor but it’s a very nice condo.

We wanted to take advantage of booking again in 2026 and the discount offered by booking before you leave , but your company won’t book two years out . We have a big family and it takes a lot to schedule all of us to plan vacation. We wanted several units , and will now go somewhere else. The unit has had updates , which was nice . We had to buy an umbrella the last time we were there for the balcony, so it was nice there was one there this year. We weren’t so lucky with the pool . At one point there was only two . The dishes were awful. We ran out of forks. There wasn’t even enough to get us through a meal , and at one point one of our family members ate her spaghetti with a spoon ...... we had to clean them after each use . Making sure everyone has a fork shouldn’t be something you’re worried about in vacation. No paper or pens ...... The very thin baby bar of soap was on the very cheap side . Family board games would have been nice . With the cost of this unit , it should have these necessities . That was disappointing. Those aren’t expensive items to have available.

quite nice, with a few nit-picky things

Now the nit-picky stuff:Only four large size spoons, no smaller spoons, no zester for zesting lemons, limes. No box grater for grating vegetables or cheese. No cover for the blender. No butter dish. No salad spinner for washing lettuce. No salad bowl. no pot holders. Internet gateway box on second floor very noisy. I have to same gateway in my house and it makes no noise. It's a real pain in the butt having to log into the network every day on each of our phones, ipads, and laptops. In previous rentals I only log n once for the whole two months, instead of 60 times for each item.

Reviewer Comments: When we got there ,the twin bed room on the 2nd floor had a shower that didn't work at all and one of the beds felt broken in the middle and we couldn't sleep in it.The wooden steps from 1st to 2nd floor had a buildup of dust and lint all the way up.We had no internet all week and not TV in the bedrooms.Also , the sliding door to the deck was very difficult to open and close. No umbrella on the deck.After staying at Mariners Walk for 17 years ,sometimes twice a year , this unit was very disappointing

Main living space was large enough the accommodate all 6 of us comfortably. All bedrooms have a bathroom. Overall, this condo suited us perfectly during our week stay on IOP.Only suggestion for improvement would be to provide nicer bath towels and more than 1 per guest.

Clean & Comfortable in a Great Location

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was the perfect spot for our family of 6! With 2 balconies overlooking the pool and providing an ocean view, it was ideal. The condo itself was clean and well maintained. It had plenty of dishes and cookware. The rooms were all large and provided TV's. We had a warm week so the pool not being heated was manageable but that was a bit lucky for our early April stay. However, that was the only potential downside to an otherwise beautifully maintained Wild Dunes Resort. The beach was very easily accessible with a short path/boardwalk running right alongside the parking spaces.

It's OK

It was clean however old and out dated. Needs a facelift. Sheets and linens are fine however comforters are not. They need replacing. Foggy windows make visibility out the front bedroom impossible.We would stay there again however not a premium rate.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was very nice, however in 2 of the bathrooms, the sliding shower doors need repair. One is loose in the top floor bath and swings out. In the twin bath, the doors won't slide making it difficult to get in and out. Overall, the condo is nice. We also needed more blankets for beds. We could not find any extras in the unit.
