This charming summer house is set on a hilly plot of 691 m² with a panoramic view of the water, just 300 meters from the coast, ideal for fishing and swimming. The property accommodates six guests and features an outdoor sauna, covered terrace, and garden furniture for relaxing and enjoying the views. A separate annex provides additional sleeping space. Inside, there is one bedroom with a double bed and cot, a family room with a double bed, TV, and high chair, and an annex with a double bed. The kitchen is fully equipped with an electric stove, refrigerator with freezer, coffee maker, and dishwasher. The bathroom has a shower, WC, sink, washing machine, and tumble dryer. Additional amenities include electric heating, air/air heat pump, and play equipment for children. The house was originally built in 1961 and renovated in 2025, offering a modern, comfortable interior while retaining a cozy charm. Outdoor features include a charcoal grill, terrace, and shower for convenient outdoor living. The location is perfect for exploring East Jutland, with its lush landscapes, forests, and family-friendly beaches along the Kattegat coast and in the fjords. Nearby towns include Aarhus, Denmark’s second-largest city, with cultural attractions such as the Aros Art Museum and Den Gamle By, as well as festivals like Aarhus Festuge. The towns of Horsens and Skanderborg are also within reach, offering music festivals, museums, and local charm.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
