You’ll also enjoy the comfort of two modern ensuite bathrooms, both fitted with showers, fresh towels, and complimentary toiletries—ideal for getting ready without any hassle, even in a group. Please not both bathrooms can only be accessed via the bedrooms.

Due to the central location of the property you can travel by foot all around Brighton & Hove and to the seafront, you can even take a stroll into central Brighton!

Travelling by car:
Most of the surrounding roads are pay and display bays for a maximum of 2-4 hours parking so I suggest parking at a local car park where you can purchase a long stay ticket for the duration of your stay. The local car parks are Churchill square, Regency Square or Brighton station, one may be better than the other dependent on what you plan to do when staying at Stone Street. Alternatively, if you find a spot along the seafront there are pay and display bays that allow you to pay for the duration of the day however these spaces are very limited. Or please use the Just Park app to look for local parking spaces for sale for the duration of your stay, guests find this app can be handy when trying to find a central parking space.

Travelling by train:
To hop on a train and explore more of the area, 20-25-minutes to get to Brighton train station on foot. But if this all seems a little too much, there is both a bus stop and a taxi rank at the end of the road by the station. Parking can be found at Regency Square carpark, 5 mins walk from the apartment. Or you can find pay and display bays for shorter parking time up to 4 hours outside the apartment.

Majority of bus routes can be caught from the road that runs along the bottom and top of where the apartment is located ( western road or Kings Road)

Baby Equipment : We can provide a high chair and a travel cot for your stay but require minimum 72 hours notice. For the travel cot we do not supply mattress or bedding for this.

Please note: As this is a centrally located property, there is some associated background noise. An external ventilation/extractor system serving a neighbouring commercial premises can be heard from one of the bedrooms and operates into the early hours, particularly at weekends. The system runs at a reduced level overnight, but light sleepers or guests who prefer to sleep with the windows open may still notice it. We recommend taking this into consideration if you are particularly sensitive to noise.

Please Note : There is a ring doorbell installed at the property, located on the front door. This is to ensure no unauthorised guests enter the property and for guests safety.

Please Note: There is steps leading up to the flat as you are on the top floor. Although the building isnt large, having only a shop, a studio flat and one other to this, so you wont have far up to go.

Please Note: Both bathrooms are ensuite bathrooms so can only be accessed via the bedrooms.

For stays over 2 weeks, we arrange a mid-stay clean to keep the property fresh and comfortable. This will be charged separately, and we’ll be in touch after booking to arrange this with you.

This property is professionally managed. Our team is available Monday–Friday 10am–6pm and weekends 10am–4pm. Messages sent outside of these hours will be responded to the following day.
